    Good sound from sound bar and sub woofer. Big problem hanging sound bar because of the location of the mounting holes. I had to buy a more expensive sound bar bracket to use this with my TV.

    At this price point I wasn’t expecting the efficiency of a 200 dollar system. After the initial set up things worked fine, but now I have wasted so many hours of my life getting this thing to operate properly. It works, but just wont stay working consistently. It pops on when you don’t want it to, music will sky rocket for no reason, it disconnects from the internet often leaving multiple tasks and apps to reconnect. Subwoofer stops working off and on until it finally stopped powering on at all. This is the worst and most expensive sound bar I’ve ever purchased. My whole house is full of electronics on the same wifi, no other issues. It’s time for this truthful review, and a new sound bar.

    Bad warranty service hope it does not break

    Good sound bar but be prepared for really bad support if it breaks. Once you pass the Best Buy return period within warranty you are stuck with LG. LG products are much thr same good features but prone to break down. In this case the subwoover died. Lg wanted it all shipped back no recovery box. It took a month to get supoort to provide two shipping labels. This $499 soundbar has been with LG for a month now with every week being part is coming next week. I have escalated three times. I would have thought thr shipping and all the trouble would warrant just replacing it. But not lg. Great products good price but hope they dont break.

    Over priced has lil to no base dispointment

    Was very excited to purchase this sound bar considering my radio/stereo system that morning I've been using for 10 plus years for surround sound went into protective mode witch was a sony btw i feel like this speaker sound bar woofer is very overpriced all you get is vocal's no base paid $560 on sale when its normally $800 lol to possibly buy the rear speakers for another $200 with only 70 watts per speaker wow only 140 watts no base again and not wireless has speaker wire will be returning today to go grab a stereo which hopefully will work way better very disappointed works as well as a cheaper sound bar dont WASTE YOU'RE MONEY THERE'S A REASON THEY'RE ON SAY FOR $300 OFF

    Subwoofer will not stay connected

    I have had this sound bar for over a year. It constantly disconnects from the subwoofer. I have tried to move it closer, move all interference devices away, and literally have the sub right next to the bar and nothing seems to help. I have updated the software tried different modes and it just won’t work. I wish I could return it but buyer beware!! I thought I was doing something wrong or had the wrong setup but nope it’s just trash.

    Total waste if not wired

    Hands down worse soundbar i ever owned. Drops connection every 5 to 10 mins. Thats to EVERYTHING. Only works with wired connection. Tried everything. Tried forums. Had cheaper Sony more reliable

    It’s 2 months and it is nothing that I was expecting…. You can hear cracking. Subwoofer is constantly switching off and on. This is happening from the beginning. I was not able to take it back within 15 days though. Now I don’t know what to do with it.

    Never Buy an LG Soundbar

    My LG sound bar and sub was great while it worked. They pushed out a software update that destroyed my sub woofer, literally will not power on and because the update was out side of the warranty they are doing nothing about it. I don't recall companies being allowed to brick their old devices with no consequence but that's the LG way.

    Many things were just wrong. Tv speakers worked better than the sound bar. Can't really feel the surround effects. Back speakers not included. Its available to purchase misleading. They are NOT truly wireless!
