Faulty Circuits?!?

Sound quality was far from stellar, but tolerab. Then I couldn't turn the unit on. Once on it would stop playing. This was all via HDMI. Then The HDMI stopped working altogether. Issues just cascaded from there.

Frustrating purchase and support

It was missing the power supply. It was to be ordered. As of November 9th, the correct power supply was yet to be ordered. It was to be ordered by Wednesday, the 11th, and I was to receive a confirming call. As of the 13th, no call and I have had no success contacting the video department.

LG soundbar is good, subwoofer is crap

sound bar

Ive even tried contacting the manufacturer and still no help

Subwoofer Died

Then it died after 10 months. Now it won't turn on. The sound bar is good, but the subwoofer is garbage. There are tons of other reviews online with the same issue. The model for the subwoofer is SPN5B-W

Works great for 18 months

Tried all troubleshooting and even called LG. Geek squad won't even touch it since I didn't get protection plan. Unbelievable. Terrible ROI, last LG product I'll ever buy!

NOT GOOD.

The subwoofer does a terrible job connecting to the subwoofer. It connects only half the time. The sound bar itself is janky at best, and creates a muffled sound. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a sound bar.

I wouldn’t buy this done by this thing not good

The base broke really fast and I said that you cannot do nothing with it. I was forced to buy a new one.

Poor service lg side

LG doesn't know what is going on !! Very stressful after paying for it and having to do all the calling (3times) to get right accessories to make it work that should have been in the box to begin with!!

Subwoofer died after 13 months.

Was having connection issues for a few weeks, died completely in December 2022. Google search the model number and see for yourself. I would pass on this, and any other LG audio product.

Not worth what I paid for

Even then, the subwoofer didnt sound powerful to begin with and consistently had wireless signal inferference issues. I'd reccomdend going with another brand.

Poor Bass and Limited Settings

The bass from the subwoofer is very weak and the settings very limited. No matter where I placed the subwoofer or changes to settings you could hardly tell the base was working. I returned the unit.

Horrible product and no one to call and help with

Only worked for one year

The system has to be reset so that the sound is normal again. Never buying an LG sound bar again.

Dead on arrival
