The LG SN6Y 3.1 Channel High Res Audio Sound Bar with DTS Virtual:X, Model # SN6y does not support 4K PassThrough. 4K PassThrough is a function that allows a Soundbar to accept a 4K video signal from a source device and pass it through to a 4K display. It has nothing to do with audio signals. The Soundbar supports Dolby Digital and DTS Digital Surround audio formats...^IFV

Q: Can this soundbar sit in front of the LG c9 oled without blocking anything?

A: You cannot sit this in front of the LG C9. This sound bar will block a tiny bit of the screen at the bottom. It’s really a small bit of the screen smaller than half an inch however, I Personally couldn’t bear it blocking any amount of the screen.

WF stands for Subwoofer and the range can be adjusted -15 to 6. C is center and the range can be adjusted -6 to 6. R is rear and the range can be adjusted -6 to 6. ^Daphane

Premium sound at a moderate price.
This is a great soundbar to pair with any LG television. I have mine paired with my 75 Nano 90, and the sound is amazing. You're not going to throw a concert with this but it would definitely fill a large room with very clear sound. I have mine paired with the LG SPK8-S surround sound speakers, which creates amazing 5.1 immersive experience. I would say this is definitely worth the money. Although you can get much better Sound Bars at much higher prices, I think this will do just about everything you need. Oh, I didn't mention the base. The wireless subwoofer gives off very clear and precise Bass which totally enhances the audio experience. Overall the system it's constructed well with quality materials. Not much plastic at all. And includes mounts with mounting template which makes it very easy to wall mount. Connection options include HDMI ARC, Optical, and Bluetooth. You could also use LG Smart sync. I definitely recommend this unit to someone who wants a nice big Soundbar with great sound add at a moderate price.

Very happy with it
Some major points. Sounds great. Bass isn't annoying. Does come with mounts. You just need anchors and screws to center it under the TV. It comes with small screws to attach the bar to the mount tho. Don't lose those. Its comes with a perfect paper template to make your holes. Make sure the paper is perfectly flat to the wall before drilling. Drill right through the paper. Also it DOES Bluetooth music. It does not have Alexa or Google. Or voice control. But for $250 this thing is awesome. Set up is very easy. Plug in the hdmi to your ARC hdmi outlet on your TV. And plug in power cord. The subwoofer is just a power cord. It has a pairing button but should just automatically connect. Enjoy

Impressive sound quality
Ive owned this set up for quite a few months now. The sound quality is amazing for the cost. I was thinking about going with a system with a higher wattage but opted to go with a more economical one just to see what I thought about it. Honestly I don’t think I need any more sound. LG products have really impressed me across the board and the sound quality is equally impressive as a anything I’ve heard for the price.
