    They sold me a sound bar mount that didn’t fit the TV so I brought it back in to exchange and they wouldn’t refund my money they charged to install the mount. They said they would call me to make it right but they won’t because they are incompetent fools.

    Bad Subwoofer

    Subwoofer loses Bluetooth connection every 10 or so seconds. Moved the subwoofer all over the house. No luck. Seems to be a common problem with LG sound bars. Taking back this weekend. And going back to Polk.

    I can't believe the amount of people having this problem. All of my appliances are LG- so I assumed it was opperater error, but now i see this is very common. This really changes my opinion on LG

    I bought this and it was great for about 2-3 months then started cracking and the subwoofer went out, the built in amplifier failed… not the quality they used to be, disappointed, do not recommend

    I have replaced the motherboard of the subwoofer twice because it keeps loosing connection with the soundbar.

    Subwoofer starting cutting in and out then completely stopped connecting. Green light stays on just no sound coming out.

    Missing Sound bar!!!

    This item was to be installed Thursday the 7th of January. The Geek squad opened the box and found that the sound bar was incomplete and could not be installed. I am in limbo now not knowing when I will get my sound bar.

    Bad sound quality and HDMI ARC connection issue with a brand new Sony TV. The sound output is On/Off, when trying to set up the external speakers it keeps changing back to TV Speakers.

    Died today, subwoofer stopped connecting. Research on web has lead me to believe to this if very common for the Bluetooth subwoofers.

    Very bad I would never buy LG was working fine for like 6 months but the subwoofer stop working call Best Buy wouldn’t replace because it’s no longer available also LG sucks

    I had a very different time with this unit and an LG tv. For whatever reason the unit would not respond to any inputs or could be controlled from the main unit. I would not buy again.

    The sound bar was great until the subwoofer died after 1 year and three months later. I couldn’t recommend this to anyone due to subwoofer durability.

    ARC died 11 days after the 1 year warranty. If you plan on using ARC, do not buy this sound bar.

    This unit did not perform as expexted. It did not improve the dialog volume which wás overcome with background noise. I returned this iten within one week.
