    Piece of junk. Tried to adjust remote and now have to use two controls to listen to TV. Called help line and they could not help as the TV was not an LG.

    Delivered and did not work. The box that it came in looked like it had been opened and retapped several times. Returned product immediately after purchase.

    Ordered this online and only got the soundbar and sub. No power cables, no optical cable, etc. Seemed to be used even tho I ordered new.
