Customers are positive about the sound quality, easy setup, and price of the 3.1-Channel 420W Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and DTS Virtual:X. They appreciate the excellent sound quality, simple setup, and reasonable price. However, customers are negative about the subwoofer, connectivity, durability, remote control, and warranty. They have experienced issues with the subwoofer cutting out, connectivity issues, the soundbar not lasting long, and problems with the remote control. Some customers also feel that the warranty should be longer.

Okay so, this sounds like an excellent sound bar until you really start putting it to the test.
The sound balance is great. Not to high in the highs and low in the lows. However, that's where it stops.
Before this I had an LG 2.1 sound bar =(Yamaha 5.1 surround system, before that). The panning from left to right was never an issue. Always had a heavy bass. And impossible to hear speech.
This one was perfect for speech but the virtual surround was non existent. Infact there was a very faint left to right effect of an image flew across the screen.
The bad can be adjusted, but again the sun woofer packed no punch despite it's large size.
After a week of gaming, movies and TV shows, along with a side by side comparing to the Vizio 5.1, I decided to take it back. It's great if it's your first sound bar or you don't mind stereo sound only (they have a lot to add satellite speakers, which I did not try).
I stayed with the Vizio, which is more what I was looking for and left a review there for that.

Easy to set up and it looks great! This sound has been surprisingly great. we were nervous because this is a whole new system for us. we used to use a system that had wireless rear speakers and this works just as well

I purchased this sound bar to go along with the lg 86 inch tv. The sound on the tv was average. But adding this sound bar made the room feel more like a movies theatre experience. Great buy if you are looking for a full sound. The price was awesome as well.

I have a very nice 55" LG OLED TV. But the TV speakers aim downward and create too much noise during transition scenes while trying to listen to the actor(s) dialog. The Salesman / Technician "Ace of the Base" recommended the LG - 3.1 Channel 420W Soundbar with the wireless Subwoofer. It was very easy to set up, paired immediately, and now during transition scenes, the subwoofer is behind me, which allows me to listen to the dialog without having to adjust the volume on my Xfinity remote control. YES! It even works off the Xfinity Remote, which also controls the TV. AND my lovely wife is happy because she doesn't have to tell me to turn down the TV when those transition scenes become too loud because the Soundbar is aimed at me rather than downward. BTW, the pairing actually disconnects the crappy downward facing TV speakers. Happy Wife, Happy Life?

The Microsoft Duo is a unique piece of technology that is good in some areas and weak in others. I think it's helpful to view this device as first, a pda and then second a basic phone with calling, and texting. This mindset is what will help you appreciate the device for what it is today.
Overall, I do like the device - especially the hardware. The hinge is a work of art. Nice display and it really feels premium holding it. It's the software that takes off the star. I will not lie. Other reviews describe the software as buggy at best and it is true. I almost wanted to return the device just for this reason alone. They had updates that supposedly fixed some of these bugs but not all of them. Don't get me wrong, you can still be very productive with the device. Moreso than your average cellphone on the market now a days. The double screen really does make a difference! However, you will encounter an app shutting down completely in the middle of using from time to time. Not all apps. But some.
In summary, the Duo is a promising device and I do like it for what I need it for. Reading documents, books, and devouring information. Everyone just loves reading Kindle books on this thing! It's like reading an actual digital book. I don't need it for texting or phone calling nor the camera. Forgot to mention the camera is average. Not bad. I really am hopeful for the Duo and I will eagerly await for the Duo 2. If they fix the software, upgrade the camera, and the wireless technology to 5G, then this will be a game changer... but not yet.

The sound I great. I got this one on sale. Good thing I went with this one. It’s worth the money and again the sound quality is fantastic. The set up is super easy. The quality is great. The sound bar itself is a bit heavy but it feels sturdy.

Easy easy easy.. very easy to setup and good quality sound. It’s not surround sound nor will it blow your socks off but it gets the job done. Nice to have the Bluetooth option as well so we can play music from our phones if we want.

This is my 3rd attempt at finding a sound bar that allows me to hear the dialog from a movie without having to change volumes to be able to hear it during music or action and I finally found one that does it YAY! Only complaint is I own a LG 50" TV and the stand legs are not long enough to clear the sound bar that sits in front of the TV on a table. I had to put 3/4" blocks of wood under the stand legs to be able to operate the TV. You think since there both LG products that it wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise it is great.

This soundbar has good value. It performs better than the cheaper units. I only wish the sub would put out more, but it does the job. It was simple to set up, and my TV worked with it immediately.

Sound Quality is much improved from my previous soundbar (120watts to 420watts). The setup was easy. The only issue is that the instructions did not show the description of the sound modes. I had to look this up on the internet.

This soundbar has really good sound quality...98% of the time! There are lapses though. It's as if between the soundbar and tv; there both trying to balance noise amplification. The TV is a LG CX Series 55" 4K! Slightly annoying, but honestly we're not super fixated on the issue.
