    Once I set up my sound bar I list all connection to dvd It doesn’t increase sound by much.

    Subwoofer kept cutting out, finally found a position for it that stood the interference, and now it just won't turn on after a year.. Definitely should have paid more attention to the reviews..

    I bought this just over a year ago. The subwoofer no longer works. The light just blinks green and will not connect no matter what I try.

    Bought this at the end of 2020 and the subwoofer has already died. Did some research and many others are experiencing same issue with a bad board on the unit. For $400 I would have expected a longer life.

    One year later the subwoofer no longer works. LG only provides a one year warranty on their products. Make sure you purchase an extended warranty.

    Sub woofer is connection is easily affected by wifi routers etc. Unit doesn't have a power indicator or sound when it powers on. Out of the box the unit did not work. The unit has been away for a month or better getting accessed.

    Work great for about a year and now it keeps shutting the volume down by itself and you have to shut it off wait and then turn it back on and it will work normal for a couple hours. Looked online and many other people have the same problem

    The subwoofer died just after one year TWICE! Thought it was a fluke. It isn't. It shorted out even though it was connected to a surge protector. Figured the first time was my fault and bought again. Huge mistake.

    Sony connection issue

    Connected to a new Sony 75" X85J TV. The TV was replaced due to two problems which looked like one problem . It couldn't connect to this sound bar and locked up the TV for hours, until unplugging it. That's problem #1 which appeared to be part of problem #2, HDMI connection to the sound bar. The TV was replaced which solved the "locked up" issue, but not the connection issue. The second TV still could not connect to the sound bar. It was impossible to live with, the TV wouldn't even allow Bluetooth use of the sound bar from another source. Returned the sound bar. Bought a JBL sound bar... It soon failed, won't power on. Returning the JBL sound bar... Next up.... Sony sound bar.... TV is fantastic, but desperately needs better sound that also isn't blasted at the wall.

    I was unable to figure out how to set this up and connect to my smart TV. I went online to find instructions as there was no user manual or technical instructions in the box, so I cannot use it until I figure this out and I frankly don't have the time to work on this. I don't know why manufacturers and marketers don't make it easier for customers since everything these days requires searching for instructions. Electronic equipment cost a lot of money and most people are not tech savvy (I am very tech savvy, have about 35 years working in the high tech industry in a professional role, and still can't figure it out.
