Remote does not work out of the box

I swapped the batteries several times and got real close to the sound board but it still does not work, I guess I will have to return it.

Constant Connection Issues Between SoundBar/Sub

I thought maybe it was too far away (15 feet) so I moved it directly next to it but I had the same issues. The TV was a brand new TV and the connection issues were happening on more than one app that I was watching. I exchanged the soundbar and ordered the same one thinking the next one would be good. Same issues immediately. I talked to an employee and he was saying this model is known for that. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I will be returning this model yet again for a different model entirely.

Subwoofer quit working after 1 yr

Would not recommend

We gave the first one benefit of doubt thinking maybe it was an off batch so ordered a 2nd and did the same thing!

Good sound, don't use with Sony TV

It would take two minutes switching every few seconds between the TV speakers and the LG Soundbar until it settled, or had to go into the settings and force it every time I turned on the TV.

Works great at first, but beware.

Super annoying when you’re trying to watch a show or movie.

Never Buy This One.

The subwoofer is functioning horribly, and with intermittent drops it irritates me to the most extreme. The most disappointing thing about this as that i have tried this on all 3 of my LG TV's and it still doesn't work.

Cheap, unreliable, woofer motherboard defective

The subwoofer completely failed at 18 months of very light use. I thought LG products were dependable amd long lasting but i was wrong. The sub woofer wont power up at all. Ive tried using different outlets and power supply cables to no avail. I did some searching and found out that the motherboard is likely the culprit. I dont have the time to disassemble this thing and replace the part that costs over $95. What a cheap unreliable product this is.

I'll Never Purchase LG Sound Equipment Again
