Purchased open box “excellent” condition.

I bought the open box in “excellent” conditions because it claimed to have all original parts/accessories. Very disappointed when I saw that it was missing not only the remote and cables but the power adapters as well. Took it to Best Buy were I was offered two options: return it or pay the difference for a new one. Don’t recommend buying open box even though they advertise it comes with everything, Best Buy will not back that up.

SUBWOOFER CUTS OUT!

When it works it’s a beauty, but if you’re playing music it’s absolutely distracting and annoying hearing the bass cut off for no apparent reason. Don’t waste your money on this.

At times, voices are muffled depending on source. Highly recommend finding the rear speakers

Want Sound?!

Awful Soundbar

Not as good as I my husband thought

Subwoofer died after 6 months

Didn’t hook it up until basement was done in Sept 2021. In March 2022, after only 6 months of use, the subwoofer stopped working. When plugged in, no lights would come on and appears it wasn’t getting power. Because it was 13 months from when I bought it, the 12 month warranty expired. Best Buy and LG both said too bad, youre on your own to get it fixed. Will cost at least $150-$175 to fix. Not worth getting it fixed. I will have to buy a brand new sound bar/subwoofer sysytem. This time it will NOT be an LG product.

Bad buy

It worked for about 1 month before having to send it to LG for repair and once I got it back 2 months later, it only worked for a week and now I am waiting on a replacement. Would not buy again.

Was a decent system. Failed in less than 2 years.

Purchased in Sep 2020 and the subwoofer went out in Jan 2022. Tried resetting and repairing as suggested in the manual and it never worked.

Dont buy from Best Buy

So now I'm looking at having to send it back off for 2 or more weeks for repairs again. Best Buy says there is nothing they can do to help us. I only gave 1 star because zero wasnt an option. I do not advise anyone to buy this sound bar or anything else from Best Buy
