Sound at did not power up?

I paid full price for this sound bar. It arrived today and the box was not factory sealed. It was Poorly retapped with a security tape. After in boxing and connecting the power cables the sound bar would not power up. Also it was missing the mounting screws that attach the mounting brackets to the bar. Obviously this was an open box that I paid full price. I boxed it up and returned it to Best Buy today. Not a happy customer Had to place another order, this time shipping to local store, so I can inspect it there prior to taking it home.

I'm taking it back and getting a different brand.

I bought it the same time as my 65 inch Sony LCD TV (Bravia 90) I hooked it up using the ARC (hdmi) and at first it worked - glitchy - but worked. We then enjoyed it for a day. The next day - no sound. I then re-added the speaker - and it worked again. The next day - no sound. Doesn't work well with ARC, glitchy, a person reported the exact same issue on Reddit - shows working - shows OPT on Display bar (which I believe is a problem should show ARC) - but no sound. I don't recommend.

SUBWOOFER CUTS OUT EVERY 2 SECONDS

Spotty connection

Cannot recommend.

Broken sub

I put it in front of the soundbar to eliminate interference issues but it still drops I will attempt to contact support before I return this product.

Will Constantly Disconnect from the TV

Subwoofer just stops working (known issue)

LG customer support wanted $150, which is almost the price of a new system, to repair their shoddy workmanship. The soundbar itself still works, but without the subwoofer it isn't as good as it should be. I'm not open to giving LG any more of my money due to this poor experience.

Do not buy LG soundboard with wireless subwoofer

They have so many broken ones out there they won't even give me a repair date. Just a "find a box and shop it to us and we will fix it.". Well it took me 3 months to get this answer out of them and they won't let best buy repair it either. Last LG purchase I will ever make due to customer service. I think 6 months is more then fair enough for being patient.

Works long enough to get past warranty.

Sad face unable to use

Sub cut off is too low. Buyer beware

Not worth it

Would not turn on, sync, work for nothing. The bass.. oh the bass .. there is none unless turned up to max (I think) because the remote does not work. The man in the store says I should buy this one because I was also buying a LG 65" for the hubby for Christmas...I was going to go with another brand. Should have! Nothing special about this, at all. You do need another HDMI cable. But we had to use the analog one that came with the TV which is blah. Good thing I got the warranty.

Subwoofer keeps disconnecting

After 2 months of use, the subwoofer kept disconnecting. Before sending to repair, I tried moving my router to the other side of the room. I tried changing the channels on my Wifi. I even turned off the wifi completely, but the issue remained. I sent to LG 3 separate times to repair and they never seemed to be able to correct the issue. I bought this in March 2021 and now in August 2021 finally moving on to find a more reliable product.
