Good soundbar, Bad Sub-woofer

I contacted LG support about the issue and they said they could only recommend repair at a service center as it was out of warranty. The soundbar itself is still good but sadly i cannot recommend this soundbar as your only getting half a good deal due to the sub-woofer issue.

Not fully operational

Not as good as my Polk

It makes my TV switch audio sources and the tv turns on and off repeatedly. I have to unplug the tv and let it sit before it can correct itself. The Subwoofer constantly disconnects from the soundbar and as of this writing (5/28/22), I have not been able to get the sub to reconnect. I will be going back to Polk products. Not worth the money for the time it has lasted.

Nit good.

Good while it lasted (less than 2 years)

No Woof

Missing Components

As this was a Christmas gift & not opened until past the return deadline date, Best Buy has been unable to accommodate me. LG contacted & so far unable or unwilling to send the missing components. So now I have a useless sound bar & subwoofer.

Shipped Open Box MIssing all Accessories

Only the soundbar and subwoofer were shipped. I did not order an open box, but you must have shipped me one. Then at the store they said they had no replacement on hand (maybe thinking it was an open box item). After the refund, I walked to the TV section and found at least five on hand. The thing was the boxes were different, making this one on sale an older model year perhaps.
