    Subwoofer failed just after warranty expired

    Subwoofer did not last for more than a year and failed after the warranty expired. The subwoofer will not power on.

    I couldn’t get the sound bar to synchronize with the TV. The sound bar was delayed to the picture.

    Item went on sale two days after I purchased it, unbelievable, also waited for salesman held entirely to long and still didn’t get any help.

    This product was missing the optical cord, and my LG tv doesn’t even have an optical cord input. Planning to return item this week!

    After 1-year it would drop volume very low. Had to turn off and back on. But it would happen again. Tried it with optical and hdmi, and on 2 different TVs. Talked to Support 3 times, no help at all. They even remotely took over the unit, said it was fixed, same issue. Don’t bother buying this. Very disappointed in LG. Lasted only one year!

    Subwoofer died after 15 months

    Must replace it after 15 months. As others have noted, the subwoofer stopped drawing power 15 months from purchase date and so it produces no sound. I had thought this was a one off problem, but seeing other reviews, realize it’s more widespread.

    Underpower subwoofer I wouldn't recommend unless you want a basic upgrade from the built in speakers and you own a LG tv.

    Unfortunate it didn’t last very long, but it was a good system for the time I had it (may 21 2021) RIP soundbar just keeps going out. Wish it would last longer.

    I've had two, they both stopped working

    I've been through two of these and in both of them, the subwoofer stops working. I contacted LG who said they would email me a slip to return it. Guess what? They never sent the slip. Forget LG.
