Ovens arrived quickly. Have nice features including infrared heating. Priced right.

Piece of garbage. Replaced previous oven because micro was losing power. This LG takes about 50% longer to cook. There is a fan that runs 3-5 minutes after any use including warming butter for 10 seconds Obnoxious alarm/chime at end of cycle that does not stop by opening door ... you must actually push stop. If you don’t push stop it will continue to alarm forever. Solid glass front controls and there is NO Haptic Touch and you can not tell exactly where the button is. So you have to just keep pushing until you finally hit the sweet spot which is way smaller than ‘30 second’ label (that is an example) Convection part of micro is totally useless. My toaster oven is quicker, more accurate, and I believe uses less electricity. I am trying to talk my wife into giving (owned less than 1 year) this to Habitat so we can buy something, anything else. Do yourself a favor. Buy anything else. Btw we purchased Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Bosch refrigerator around same time. Love both of those. I am actually not that hard to please. I like my LG TV. But kitchen appliances or any other appliance... forget it!

The combo oven is everything,the website said it should be.

My unit is 13 months old, so just out of LG warranty. My wife ran the Self Clean function for the 1st time 2 days ago and the oven gave an F19 no heat error after that. Called support, followed instructions to shut power at the breaker. Did not fix. CS person said we need to get a tech out. Gave us a number of local tech. Tech showed up, saw it was a dual wall oven and then ran for the hills because the parts needing replacement are in the back of the oven. It's a two person job to get the oven out. Before he left he said that the self clean function often burns up the thermostats, thermistor, or melts wiring. A quick search on Google reveals many issues with LG Wall Ovens and self cleaning problems. I would like LG to pay for repairs but I'm sure they will not. Word to the wise - if you buy this oven do not use self clean

This oven is amazing! It is not only beautiful, but it's also easy to use and has excellent performance.

Very disappointed. Once installed the microwave kept making a clicking noise. I put in a repair request online. It rejected the request and asked me to visit the "community" for troubleshooting. I did that and nothing like my problem was on there. I had to start over with the repair request. After a week+ I got a confirming email that the claim was being placed. The repair company got in touch, tech diagnosed the problem as an actuator that kept opening and closing...thus the clicking noise. Part was ordered and 2+ weeks later still no part, thus no repair on a brand new appliance. LG is hard to contact and hard to get to respond.

Great product from LG. Works perfectly and everything cooks evenly

The oven is beautiful and everything works great. The biggest problem we have with it is you can't see the control buttons in low light at night because they are not back lit. Not good for someone who has visions disabilities. Maybe they are backlit and my unit is broken. I hope that's the case. I emailed customer service for their response.

Oven racks rusted everywhere that wire joined other metal after 12 months. No I didn't use abrasives or leave the racks in during self-clean. It's clearly the solder material rusting. One of the microwave bulbs used for broil burned out within 6 months and there's no apparent way to replace it without an expensive service call If you are under 5'5" - you cannot reach all the way to the back of the microwave to wipe it, and depending on how low you mount the oven, you may not be able to reach far into the oven. Been 5'4' my whole life - never had this issue with other 30" wall ovens Cooking temperature uneven in oven - one side of glass door gets humidity, and food browns on other side. Nothing browns on roast or broil. The gliding oven rack has very sharp metal - impossible to take it in and out without scratching oven walls. The "enamel" is not your grandmother's enamel baking dishes kind of enamel. You cannot use anything but a sponge and non-scratch scour, leaving the self-clean as the only option. This takes 3-5 hours at above 500 degrees. Really? I can use brillo on enamel baking dishes without a scratch. This oven's enamel is faux-namel. All the other reviews are correct - cooling fan, buttons, one touch - all irritating. But who cares about the microwave "cycle ended" alarm when the racks are rusting, bulbs are burned and my energy bill shoots up whenever I have to clean it?

No back light on the control panel ..have to shne a flashlight to see what's behind the black glass. Poor design. You owuld htink they would have a fix for this but they don't.
