    Very disappointing! I removed one star because the oven is very noisy. But my biggest disappointment (and I removed three stars for this) is because they don't warn the consumer enough that you should not use any product to clean. The self clean option is kind of a scam so we used a very gentle cleaner. The blue cavity got totally ruined. I thought it was a short of enamel interior but it is not and is very fragile. It now impacts the performance of the oven. I would pass!

    Microwave - need to push/press the buttons hard, takes much longer to heat than compared to my other MW ovens.

    Oven worked great until the first time we ran the clean cycle. Wanted it looking great for New Year's eve party but the lower oven would not heat after cleaning. Also the steam tray broke when it was removed. Took time for LG & warranty company to work out communication but oven still not fixed and earliest repair time is now towards the end of March. So worked for 90 days, now not working for 90 days. LG has moved to the bottom of my list.

    Brand new item and when open the box door is not working properly. I have to send it back. I am really disappointed with Best Buy because original install product does not work so I need to order another one. Bought Best Buy warranty and Best Buy called LG instead of Best Buy should take care and now 4 months issues still has not resolved by LG or Best Buy.

    This is our worst LG purchase ever. The Microwave makes a loud sound while in use as well as after it's turned off for 2-3 minutes . It's louder than dishwasher and quite irritating for a microwave.. almost as bad as a typical washer .. please avoid buying this combo unit and save yourself some time and money ...

    The oven heats up to only 200 degrees because the top element doesn't work. We waited for a month to get this gem and now are waiting an additional month to get a replacement.

    Top microwave rattling so loud when turned on! Very annoying! How can I get it to stop? If you push on the door it stops and as soon as you let it go, it’s rattling.
