Good Wall oven.

The convection oven, built-in microwave, air fry all in one unit is so convenient. Air fry function is crispy — made perfect wings and fries with way less oil. Smart features are smooth, app control from my phone is when I’m out. Black stainless looks premium and fits my kitchen perfect. Heats up fast, even baking is spot on, no more hot spots. Microwave is powerful and quiet, love the combo door setup.

The microwave broke after a few weeks of use. Needless to say, I purchased the protection plan on it this time around and I highly recommend you do the same. LG customer service is possibly the worst customer service on the planet. They will REFUSE to refund or replace your broken product even if it’s within warranty and they tried repairs.

Can't shut this one up. Owners manual says you can, but the procedure only killed a couple of them. The rest Ding Dong on. The control panel lettering is gray on a black background. Difficult to read, especially under certain lighting conditions. Downright stupid. Some of the controls take a feather touch, others a heavy poke. Some of the numerals require me to press them off center of in a corner. Suggests poor engineering at work. The trim piece included is too small. Went to the LG web site to try and purchase a larger one. Got pictures of boxes! Obtuse web site. I have older LG appliances that are at least average. This on is not and therefore will be my final LG purchase.
