I am very disappointed in my LG model WCEP6427 combination wall oven. I didn’t do a lot of research before purchasing because I loved LG counter depth refrigerator and since I was putting in a new kitchen I wanted all LG appliances because of the discount offered when you buy 3 LG appliances. The problems with this oven are mostly design related. The worst problem is that hot air blows out of the bottom of the oven when it is on or when it is cooling off. Blowing hot air onto my white painted wood cabinet drawers that are underneath the oven will cause the color to change over time. Also it will dry out the wood and cause issues in joints. To try to save my cabinet finish I pull out the drawer so the hot air will blow into the interior of the drawer where I store mostly metal utensils. I think it is ridiculous to have to do this, and also means the walkway in front of oven is blocked by the open drawer. The 24 year old oven this LG replaced did not blow hot air out the front. The 2nd issue is that this oven takes a very long time to preheat. The third issue is that the oven racks are very hard to move. They don’t slide in easily if you pull one out to move it up or down. Another thing I don’t like is the fact that you can’t buy just a basic oven anymore. I didn’t want steam cooking or air frying. But most manufacturers are adding things like that to their ovens. This oven offers two types of cleaning, self clean and easy clean. Easy clean is basically cleaning up little messes with good old elbow grease. Not for me. I will stick to self cleaning. Now to the microwave. I am average height, 5’4, but with the open door blocking me from getting close I can’t reach the back wall of the microwave to clean it. That is a big design flaw. Another thing is if you put in something to heat up for 2 minutes and you pull it out and it needs more time, you have to wait for the microwave to cool down before you can put in more time. I put in a donut for 8 seconds and had to wait about a minute for the microwave to cool down before I could put the donut back in for couple more seconds. Now I get around this by putting in a time that is way beyond what I need and then I stop the microwave and check the food and then can put it back in if necessary without having to wait for the cool down time. The oven keeps the original time until I turn it off. All this being said I would not recommend this LG combination wall oven and would return it except that my cabinet was cut to fit this exact oven’s measurements and redoing will be difficult.

I replaced my 14 yr old Kitchenaid with this wonderful machine. Wow , I love to cook again. This wall oven duo is beyond perfection. I wish I would have bought it years ago.

Enjoying our new oven/microwave. We are exploring new methods of cooking available to us now.

I did a lot of research and this one had way more functions than any other oven at this price range. It was just installed and it’s absolutely beautiful! The app is giving you so many different option, it’s insane. You can even give it a nickname, totally unnecessary but so much fun. Also, LG InstaView fridge looks so good next to it.

So far so good. Gotta say it looks fantastic in the cabinets. It may seem intimidating at first with the options but the order of operations is straightforward and easy to navigate. Haven't had the time yet to really try out all of the features but for the straightforward microwaving and standard oven use, it seems great. Much quieter than our older standard GE model that came with the house 24 years ago! Downloaded the ThinkQ app and now have full remote access if that's ever needed. There are other features with the app as well but again...it hasn't been long enough for us to try everything.

If you’re looking for a built-in wall oven that truly broadens your cooking capabilities — from everyday baking/roasting to air-frying and even steam/sous-vide — this LG model is a strong contender. The blend of quality, style and versatility is excellent. The modest downsides (control learning curve, premium cost) are real but manageable. If you’re a home cook who will use more than just the basic modes, this is a worthwhile upgrade. Highly recommended (4 /5) — great performance and features, just take a little time to get familiar with it and budget accordingly.

excellent replacement for a whirlpool that the microwave stop working...my wife loves all the bells and whistles...installation was really easy...had to modify the wooden frame by about 1 1/2 inch the whirlpool was a little narrower...would definitely recommend to everyone

So far its been a great buy. The microwave is great and does not have the annoying alarm. Ive only used the oven a few times and I am happy with it.

This is a beautiful wall oven microwave combo with the pizza oven insert. My husband made beautiful pizza like from a restaurant in 2 and a half minutes! This was well priced and works wonderfully. Love the steam clean option. Best Buy had the best price and delivery was quick and easy.

It has more features than my old unit. I like the souse feature. Getting to know how to use all the features.

Combing the oven and microwave has saved us a bunch of space. The extra cost was well worth all of the benefits! There’s a ton of features with this unit that I’m still discovering till this day!

Replaced our Kitchen Aid built in oven / microwave with this new LG oven/ microwave..Lots of new features including Air Fry, Steam Sous Vide and WiFi access / control. Only negative is convection mode is only in roast and bake and not broil.

Just used it a few times and it seems easy to operate the microwave and oven. It takes a little time getting use to the buttons and I have no problem. So far I haven’t burned my food so it’s going good.
