Very easy to install. Fortunately our cutout required very little adjustments. When we got it, a few buttons didn’t work for the upper and the lower oven. We were limited with baking options up top and couldn’t cancel anything on the lower. We quickly discovered the “favorites” on the upper allowed us to accomplish what we needed. LG was quick to respond, basically calling the service number is ridiculous. I registered the oven on LG’s warranty site and was able to submit a service call through that. 3 days later a technician showed up to order some parts. One was on back order and it was another 2 weeks before it was in. Technician came back out, replaced 4 parts, and the over is working 100%. Performance wise, the over rocks. Food in general cooks more evenly. Frozen pizzas have a better taste to them, no longer very crisp on the bottom. The steam cleaning option uses more water than they would indicate in the user manual. I love that it has 3 LED lights inside, one in the front, one on each side. You can actually see your food. Probably would be a 5 if we didn’t have to have service day 1. I’d lean more towards a 4.5.

The whole process to purchase this wall over was easy. Navigating the Best Buy website, reading reviews & ordering and having the ovens installed was smooth. We love the ovens. Easy to operate, quieter than our previous ovens, love the interior blue and the exterior black stainless steel. Loved using it for our Thanksgiving dinner! Lots of space and easy to operate. Definitely recommend this double wall oven. Thanks Best Buy for having the best price.

A month into using this and it is awesome. Absolutely love the double oven and when you compare it to other more expensive comparable ovens, this one is top notch.

We've found the LG-30" to be an excellent product. It cooks the food very evenly without effort. It looks really nice, easy to read display and find the blue interior cabinet actually pretty cool. Would recommend!

The ovens were better than expected and look great! Still discovering some of the features, but so far everything has worked exceptionally well.

This double oven is very easy to use and the layout and function of the controls are very intuitive. It like all other LG products is well put together and well finished.

The controls are easy to use and understand. It looks great and cooks great, The only thing I don't like is that it seems to take a little long to preheat oven before use.

We've had this double over for a few months, and it gets alot of use in our house, especially around the holidays! It looks great inside and out and is very easy to clean. Oven has many functions and cooking modes which gives you much flexibility. Just have to experiment a little to learn exactly how each cooking mode will work. Only annoying thing is that it plays a tune and the lights flash at you when oven is done preheating. Overall, I'm very happy with this oven though.

It’s very sleek and modern. It goes great with our decor. The convection oven evenly cooks everything just right.

Thank you Best buy for delivering on time. I like the quick self cleaning mode, the coating for this is a bright blue interior is so beautiful, makes me in a happy mood every time I open my oven! We did have to re-calibrate each of the two ovens temperatures according to the instructions of LG. They both were off by quite a few degrees on each one. But both are working fine. So far so good we are happy with it. I've sent pictures to everyone and so far they are jealous of it not being theirs!

Love my new double oven! So easy to clean and cooks great. The only issue is the fans stay on forever when it is cooling down and they are a bit loud.

This oven is everything I could have hoped. Not only is it both convection and convention it has a proofing feature. The size is amazing, the rack are wonderful. I have been using this oven for a couple of months and it out performs all of my expectations.

Pros: the oven pre-heats fairly quickly, it looks nice, and seems to cook much faster than my last oven. Cons: it blows hot air directly out of the two bottom vents which heats up the kitchen quickly, the lower oven is quite noisy (even compared to the top oven), the oven doors feel quite light and almost cheap, and the convection option doesn't seem to cook things any quicker than regular baking. I've only had this oven for about a month, so these are my observations for a short period of time.

Great to finally have the option of 2 ovens running. Easy controls. Inside is a lovely dark blue. Careful to keep it low so you can reach the top oven.

While the oven looks great and seems to work fine (used three times) in six months the shrill, high pitched sound is extremely annoying, hurts your ears and makes you wonder if LG is into torturing their customers. When it does stop the huge sense of relief that sweeps over your body quickly turns to anger for being told ... “that’s completely normal for LG.” ARE YOU KIDDING? This is definitely a defect that LG should be addressing and that consumers are told “nothing is wrong” and “nothing we can do” is ridiculous. Bet the “suits” at LG would find a solution if they were using this oven in their home.
