It works so well that we over did our turkey on thanksgiving. Not oven fault but mine as I used my old oven timing. When you baking says 7-12 minutes. It takes 7. Looks great. Would recommend

Very even heat throughout each oven. Much easier to clean than previous brands. The audible sounds when temperatures and times are achieved are pronounced and a bit irritating, but get our attention which is good.

It has a whole lot of features that i do not use such as wifi and remote to your phone so I can't comment on those. I have only used it for baking so far and it has been wonderful.

We had to go out of town shortly after delivery. The oven was used three or four times. It is now late September. We are home. Just before we left, the top oven had an odd smell of burning rubber. I blamed newness or something spilled. Now the oven will not preheat in under 37 minutes. I gave up and froze the cookie dough and cooked the dinner on the stove top. The temperature readings seem to bounce all over. Without opening the oven door at all, if you turn the oven off and reset the temperature, the temperature listed will drop 75 degrees or more. The temperature (the oven said it reached 350°) never came near the 425°F that I needed for my recipe. When I put my own oven thermometer in the oven, the temperature on the thermometer was a totally different temperature from the one listed on the oven AND I have had that thermometer checked for accuracy by the repair crew that came to repair my last oven--the one that this oven is supposed to be replacing. This is my third convection oven (Kitchenaid puchased 1993, Kenmore in 2009) and I have never had this problem before. My other ovens would all preheat in 10-20 minutes, no matter how high the temperature was set. Who has more than 37 minutes to wait for an oven to preheat?

The fans are quiet and the controls are clear. Be prepared to have at least 3 or 4 people to lift it up into your cabinet for install. It weighs 275 lbs! Looks nice too.

It's runs very quiet and is attractive. Haven't tried to clean it yet. The manual has been my best friend as I have tried to figure out all it can do. I like the way it converts the temperature. My favorite thing to bake is my bacon each morning. I must say the timers are weird. That could have been made simpler.
