The resolution of this monitor is not 2k, and there are no built in speakers. Still gets the job done though.

Very nice, being able to have many programs and web pages up at once makes working so much more efficient.

It is great product for multiple displays. The bottom button allows you to modify the display appearance.

I picked this up bc I had to start wfh recently. It serves as a great monitor for work. But the resolution is probably not good enough for gamers. It is also a good substitute for 2 monitors instead. The wide screen is big enough for me to not have to setup 2 monitors. The input options are limited to hdmi only which is a bit annoying. I would have much preferred the traditional ports in addition. Also no usb output for your small devices. The base is also a bit large and heavy. I guess you cannot expect much for something in this price range.

I have 2 of these screens and is able to find all applications with the screens portion on each screen.

Just got off the phone with LG Tech Supp. Since the Surface Line products have a mini-display port and this monitor only has HDMI's, you are NOT able to achieve anything greater than a 1920x1080 resolution. At this resolution, the screen image looks stretched and it's almost unbearable. The Tech said that my device would have to have a HDMI port to achieve the 2560x1080 as advertised. I told him that LG just shot the Surface line of products with this monitor incapability. He told me to buy an LG Monitor with a Display Port, which I said in turn, "yeah...that model is $300 more for 1 stupid port." I own another LG monitor model-34UM65 and I have no problems with my surface pro4 /i7/16mb/intel iris 540 chip running through a Surface Dock but, that Monitor has a DP. So there you have it folks! Make sure your device has an HDMI port before you buy this Monitor. **I gave this monitor 2 stars for incompatibility, and I would recommend this to a friend as long as they know that they have to have a HDMI Port. I'm sure this is a GREAT monitor for those who don't have a MS Surface Product.

Great monitor at great price! Monitor is used with a gaming desktop. The wide view allows for wider coverage of games.
