Love, love, love this Washer!

That is not the case with this washer. The clothes come out smelling so fresh and there is no soap residue whatsoever. I couldn't be more thrilled with this washer and would highly recommend it.

So far so good....

It would be nice if Best Buy would remind the buyer to rate the product again 2-3 years from now, to testify the quality of the product over time.

using so much less water

Great washer

This is my first front loader but it totally wrings the watering of the clothes so it dries faster. I love the turbo wash cycle. It's a little quicker. Also, it doesn't take as much detergent. It has it's own measuring cup.

Oustanding clothes washer

I did not involve Best Buy as Samsung was responsible.
