The washing capabilities are great and my loads are very clean. But there are draw-backs: 1 The door opens on the right with the hinge on the left. The door cannot be switched like the dry to accommodate the configuration of the water and gas lines in my laundry area which means I have to pick the laundry out of the washer over the door to get into the dryer. Rather inconvenient because I drop my clean, damp clothes on the floor. It would have been nice for LG to offer a unit that open from the left with the hinge on the right. 2 the water line loudly knocks the whole house when drawing water to do a load of wash every time it draws water. The washer is not noisy but the water knocking is. 3 I have to leave the washer door and the dispense drawer open after doing my laundry so as to NOT get the moldy, smelly odor.

is a good looking washer and very quite does the job fast

A great washer that has several features that are easy to use. The best feature is the True Balance anti vibration feature. My previous washer was a 2nd generation Maytag front load that rattled to whole house and every time the spin cycle began you would think it was going to launch.

Washer works great so far. Lots of features and saves tons of water compared to our previous top-load washer. The only issue with the washer is that the door can not hinge in both directions. My dryer must be left of the washer. But the washer has its hinge on the left causing a minor issue with unloading the washer and loading the dryer.

More cycles, easy to use controls, energy saving features.

This washer does a great job of cleaning my clothes and it's very easy-to-use but makes a considerable amount of noise. You also can't do small loads because it will make the load off-balance and it ends up making even more noise

I bought this washer to replace my broken whirlpool because they had no parts to repair. Talked with Best buy and LG and they said parts will not be a issue if something goes bad. We will have to see if that is true but so far very happy with my purchase.

Best Buy beat everyone's price in the county, the sales staff was very knowledgeable on the product and the extended warrenty. The product was delivered as promised and setup with care by the Best Buy Delivery Crew. Other then the rattling sound when in the spin cycle it's a great machine and lives up to its star rating.

A really great machine; we all love our new pair - the machines basically make most decisions for you once you have determined load content. Use detergent sparingly, especially if you have soft water; be aware of possible mold/mildew growth - let machine air dry when not in use and use bleach regularly.

First time buyer for a washer/dryer. Needed something with the ability to be stacked in case our next home is smaller than our current one. Great warranty and user interface is simple therefore the learning curve for features is easy. Online support and instructions is also simple to access.

Washer was great till it started leaking water out of the door and trying to get service threw geek squad has been a nightmare. Two wks with no call backs and still no washer. Think its a good product but just needs a new seal around door. Product works great other than occasional leaking out of door.

I bought a floor model with a dent in the side, so I got a great deal but I would have purchased this washer regardless. My clothes got cleaner and cleaner with every wash and my water bill went down 30%! Tho is a great machine and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall this is an excellent product. I have run clothes through that would not have been so clean in my other washer. I was reluctant to get this one but am happy that I did. I also got the extended warranty.
