I used to struggle with laundry until I got this washer. It is perfect and just look back on why I didn't purchase sooner!!! This is a great machine. I do massive laundry, and this has made it a breeze!!

Amazing washer. I love that there are so many settings. It was worth the extra money to have cleaner clothes. I also love that I can finally wash a comforter without having to go to the laundry mat.

Great washer, wish I didn't have to clean out the water

I would had thought it would be a LOT quieter than it actually is. Vibrates like crazy too. For reference, I also bought the pedestal drawers. I had it installed via delivery too, so it is not from my errors.

I love my new washer! It works great and I especially like the turbo wash function. I can now get laundry done very quickly. The only problem is that you have to take a little time after you use it to wipe the water out of the door seal. I have noticed a significant decrease in my water bill. I would highly recommend this product

This is a great machine, quiet and works great. Best Buy had a fantastic sale on the pair of machines. It looks great and has all the functions and capacity we were looking for. Love the comb.

I bought this on sale for 25% off which made it a great deal. We've only had it for a couple of months, but haven't had any problems. We had to delay the delivery since it was for a new house and Best Buy was very accomodating during the entire process.

Love this machine. I really wanted a front loader; however, when we got it into my laundry room the wing span of the door would not fit so we had to stack them. This left unusable space on each side. Replaced it with a LG top loader and now both fit side by side. Having them stacked was a bit of a "reach" for me.

I am so happy with the washer. Barely you listen noise, and doesn't require big space, plus look modern,only issue is maybe that there not enough colors only graphite and white. It works great with the stains and takes good care of clothes.

After years of top load washers, I finally have a front load, and I love it. I'm already seeing water savings! I can wash comforters, very helpful in a home with allergy sufferers.

We replaced our old top loader with this model and have been very very pleased. I am amazed at how much water gets spun out of the clothes.

I've had this washer for about a month and so far it has exceeded my expectations. I think it's the best washer I've ever owned and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great value and terrific washer. The LG Rep was at Best Buy when we were shopping and he was very helpful. We already knew from research that LG was at the top of our list for washers and it hasn't proven us wrong.

We had our previous washer and dryer for 12 years. I was apprehensive about buying a front loader. It is great. Clothes are cleaner. Cycle is quieter than my old one.

I've always owned more traditional brand appliances and was a little skeptical buying an LG product but have been satisfied with this purchase.and will definitely consider buying other LG products in the future.

I had an "OE" error message. Called the Geek squad, 3 times, they said that they would have someone call me back in 1 or 2 days. No one called me back. Finally on the 3rd try, some one gave me the name of a local repair shop, but when I called they were closed for the holiday season. On the next try they finally suggested that I call LG because was still under their warranty and because I might get better response. I did get better response, but it still took several calls to set up the service visit. The LG repair man figured out it was a water pump, so he ordered one before coming out to fix it.

My connections require the washer to the right of the dryer, but the door opens right to left only. Also, since I bought the item a few weeks ago several places are offering the same item for over $200 less.

This is a great washing machine. Has plenty of settings for even the most delicate items.
