I had my previous washer for 27 years & it was still working but beginning to make funny noises. I researched front loaders & this model came up consistently "best in class". BEST BUY had the best price so I decided to just do it. I have used the washer for 3 weeks now & have only good things to say. Haven't found anything I don't like.

It's such an improvement over the kenmore I replaced which works for over 20 years

This washing macine is one of best appliances that I have purchased. It is very quiet, when the clothes are finished washing they are nearly dry and being a front loader it provides additional surface to fold/stack clothes when they come out of the dryer. This product has cut down on the drying time because of the spin cycle.

Excellent experience with the washer. Its a great water saver and energy efficient.

This is the first front-load I have so I had to get used to it. The only thing I don't like is not having control over the amount of water usage and not being able to really see inside the washer since it's so dark. I was able to set my top loader to a small, medium or big load. Of course, this machine senses the load first and then washes accordingly so I have to assume it's smart enough to be doing it correctly. I also have to drain what I assume is leftover water from it every month. I do like it and am grateful that Best Buy provides zero interest financing so I could purchase this when I needed it.

I was looking for a washer and dryer set that is front loading and large enough to hold a king size comforter. This set is perfect. I am also able to wash the full bedding set for a queen bed. I like that this auto adjusts to the load size. these are very easy to use and do a great job on the laundry. I have been using them for a little over a month now and have no complaints Before buying, I checked the ratings of several washers and dryers and LG repeatedly came out on top

Great washer. Cleaned heavily soiled clothes(blood) no problem. Saves water.

This could be the best washer I have ever owned! I love the cycle selections that are available and how well it washes. I like the fact that it displays exactly where it is in the cycle and the remaining time to complete as well as the feature that holds the door slightly ajar to allow for air circulation when not in use. I will say that it is a bit noisier than the older model Samsung I used to own and possibly vibrates slightly more but I do think it cleans much better.

We got the matching washer and dryer. Have used it several times and on different settings. Gets clothes clean.

We were completely amazed at how quiet this washer is. Need to get thos one if you are looking for quality.

Love the quick wash cycle, cleans very well, relatively quiet, no vibration issues. Wasn't able to do a queen comforter, but overall a great machine so far.

Purchased a washing machine 4-1/2 years ago Had a problem getting a warranty service provider out, so Best Buy honored the terms of the warranty and exchanged our washer for this new one. The personnel at Best Buy were all very nice and helpful. We liked our old machine and this one is just like it -- except NEW and with a couple more cycles to choose from.

Love my purchase. The unit does everything I want it to do and more. The ease of operation is fabulous.

When we first got this unit we were very pleased but after around a year we noticed that even if we clean it there is still mold around the door.

High recommended, my wife is happy with and easy to wash and great detergent saver. Than you best buy.

This things cleans better than anything I have ever used. Plus my wife loves all the diff settings
