My wife likes the turbo wash, tub clean, magnetic door plunger that holds the door open slightly to promote air circulation, delay wash, and fairly quiet. Clothes have come out great. We have in a basement so vibration is not an issue. Best Buy delivery and haul away were terrific.

Bought this after my Maytag Neptune died mid-cycle with clothes locked inside. So far so good.

I was in need of a new washer as my old one was several years old. After a lot of research & reading reviews I decided on this one. After a month of ownership I can tell you that I have no regrets. This washer has more bells & whistles than most & being an LG you know its quality built. The magnet that props the door open to prevent mold is ingenious & rectifies the mold issue that most front load washers suffer from.

Features are easy to use and allows you to set the controls to what you want. Simple to set.

This is a good washer. You'll pay top dollar for it, but if you need a top washer - this is it.

It is well worth the cost. I had an LG Washer Previously over 10 years ago. The only reason we got a new one is because the drum would get of balance easily, but that is only because we moved a half dozen times without stabilizing the drum (found that out too late). I will never own another brand of Washer or Dryer than LG.

Got the washer and dryer on sale so it was a pretty good deal. Washer is nice size and seems to clean well. The biggest adjust from top loader is leaving the doors open to let everything dry out. The only issue I've had is water hammer but purchased arrestors and adjusted the amount of water from the spicket.
