I was unsure about the HE washers as I had heard the detergent wasn't being completely rinsed from the clothes. That is not the case with this washer. The clothes come out smelling so fresh and there is no soap residue whatsoever. I couldn't be more thrilled with this washer and would highly recommend it.

Besides it being a bit small, it has everything you could want in a washer.

We have been very pleased with the performance and ease of use of this machine.

I got the washer for about a month now and so far, so good , although I must say that LG needs to improve more on the sound, as it is not as quiet as my old Kenmore when it was new. It would be nice if Best Buy would remind the buyer to rate the product again 2-3 years from now, to testify the quality of the product over time.

This washer and dryer unit works like a champ. No negatives what so ever.

We do 15 loads of laundry per week. This washer uses significantly less water than our old machine. There is a shorter cycle option if you are in a hurry, steam is great for stinky work out clothes!

Very pleased after my older LG died after 9 years. I was unsure whether to go back with LG but have been very pleased with this model . Jessica at the Anderson SC store did a great job with reassuring me as she owned this model also.

Overall I am VERY pleased with my purchase. Very quick delivery turn around and install. I had fun doing laundry. I love the song to signal wash cycle is over! Love all the options. Such a sleek design.

Only had it for two weeks. Got the matching dryer too. This is my first front loader but it totally wrings the watering of the clothes so it dries faster. I love the turbo wash cycle. It's a little quicker. Also, it doesn't take as much detergent. It has it's own measuring cup.

I chose the LG over the Samsung, which is practically the same, due to an unpleasant experience I had with Samsung custoner service over a defect with the 3 door refrigerator still under warrantee, that I purchased from Best Buy. I did not involve Best Buy as Samsung was responsible.
