This is a great washer with a lot of features, but it does produce a lot of noise. It would be better located on a first floor or a basement than on a second floor. It is also rather large so be sure to measure the space before you purchase,

I like the machine as I just throw in the clothes, towels whatever, and the machine determines the load size and uses the correct amount of water accordingly. Has a high spin that does a good job at getting rid of the excess water in the items being washed lowering the time it takes to dry in the dryer making washer very green.

I have had it for almost a year and so far so good... The regular cycles do seem a bit longer than other front load washer but you can always choose short cycle. Also, if the washer just stops turning on and you find that the breaker is fine....unplug the washer for 30 min or so and plug it back it.....it resets and comes on. Happened only once but had to learn the hard way.. Other than that it washes fine

My wife has been wanting to have a front load washer for a while since we have an old style washer and its been breaking more often lately. After researching almost everything that's available in the markey online, looking at the reviews and consumer ratings we decided to buy LG's WM3470HWA washer from Best Buy. They gave us a great deal, plus a discount, free shipping and an awesome payment plan. I've never seen my wife so excited on an appliance before. She is very happy and satisfied with our purchase and now I can't stop her from doing the laundry so much!

We were not originally going to spend this much on a washer, we were going to go with a more "entry level" front loader but after finding the matching drying on clearance (open box) we decided to buy this, the matching washer. We have been very happy thus far. The water useage and how dry the clothes come out is great!

My mom and bought this washer to match other appliances that they got and they love it.

Overall I am happy with this washer. It is very easy to use and cleans well.

I have to say my lights are brighter and my colors are more vibrant. So far so good! I have owned the machine for about a month and so far no complaints. The capacity is huge, you can fit a queen / king just fine. I would have liked a few more washing setting but other wise I am very happy with the performance. I would definitely get this machine over any others on the market.

This washer works great cleaned stains out of my white clothes wo using bleach. The washer is very efficient and still cleans way better than my old washer. I love the stainless steal look and the end of cycle chime song is sweet!

I think I was expecting a miracle! It is all fine in the end, but there are some strange quirks. When it first begins to fill, it pulls the water in the strangest jerkey spurts. I don't know how else to describe it, and it is disconcerting. We have leveled the machine carefully but it still does not handle a good sized load. It often fails to spin as it feels the load is off balance. I bought the larger size to wash my comforters but it struggles.

Cleans well, runs quietly. No complaints. Would definitely recommend

The machine is quick and quiet. It is veryefficient wuith use of water, I am now using less than half of my old machine. Clothes feel very clean. I am very happy with the performance. You must read the manual, some features are complicated to use. Overall it's just great.

This washer is great. Runs very quietly, self-corrects when there is a weird balance to the load, and has convenient auto-detect on settings (with a wide array of manual options as well if needed). LOVE the design on the door where it can half-close to properly vent moisture.

Bought a new machine because a mouse ate the wiring on the old one. I wanted the same model, but this one came with steam. No need for that in my usual loads but I brought some very old costumes home from the shop where I volunteer and they came out looking almost new.

Love the machine and the water saving feature of being a front loading machine and clothes come cleaner than my old top loader.

Have not had a single problem. Samsung make a reliable washer and dryer.

My last LG front load washer fom Best Buy was belt drive. You hardly knew it was running. This direct drive is very loud when it is in the spin cycle. It may just need to be balanced. I am calling the Geek squad to come and check it out. Best Buy has the best products and warranty program out there! From TV to appliances I would only shop at Best Buy

I've had the washer for about a month now and it replaced a 13 year old Kenmore washer. I haven't run into any issues yet and I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. It washes our clothes fast and is 100 times quieter than our old Kenmore that used to shake during spin cycles.

I wanted to add more workable space in my laundry room by stacking my washer and dryer. So initially I thought about purchasing a used stack-able set at a discount shop to save money. When I looked around at my options, I came to one conclusion... at this point of my life, I should get what I want and stop settling for the cheep stuff. The expert installation put my mind at rest; no worries and the delivery men were awesome; even showed me the features and setting of my new washer and dryer. I have been using them for about a month now and can't think of going back to those run-of-the mill... generic old machines.
