Love the washer after having had a front load for many years that I did not like

Works great and sings when it’s done. Doesn’t overwhelm you with buttons and easy to understand how to use. At first I was running all my loads under a deep fill or an extra rinse & spin, but now only do that for bedding. Agitator, water level, and washing/cleanse are great.

I normally wouldn't be excited about a washer, but I really love it! It automatically senses how large your load is to determine how much water to use, and does a great job. The drum is nice and roomy, too!

These guys called and confirmed the details the day before, then called when they got to my town. While I do have access to a pickup truck, I would rather pay these guys to save me the backbreaking work of getting a washer to my home 30 miles away any day. They were on time and pleasant.

Quiet and efficient. Taller than my old machine so check to see if you can reach in to get clothing out of the bottom of the basket. A little hard if you are shorter than average.

Whenever buying a major appliance, I research and stress about it for weeks! I compared at least 6-8 washers before deciding on this one. This had my specific wants and is easy to use and our clothes are clean! The big issue I had with my last washer, with the "impeller", was the smell of stagnant water! Happy to get rid of that!

We needed a replacement washer and this was available on sale. It's a nice basic washer. It doesn't handle large, heavier loads very well but otherwise a good washer for the price

So far I am thrilled with my new LG washing machine! I even get some enjoyment watching the machine perform perfectly through the glass top! To be fair, it doesn’t take much to entertain me! The clothes come out almost dry which saves the gas spent running the dryer for a shorter time. Best Buy does a very efficient job of arranging delivery and installation!
