Life's sends you in a spin cycle sometimes.

I was fairly satified with it, until it wouldn't spin on the spin cycle. It made a horrible noise and did not spin properly, very slowly. Had to go through LG since it was still under warranty, despite having a geek squad protection plan. Dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I was told they would find a service provider in my area and I would get a call, still waiting over a week now. Have spoken to several customer service agents and each one tells me something slightly different and I have to fully explain and send a video. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.

However, it doesn't always completely wash detergent residue from the clothes regardless of the size of the load. Have to rewash often.

The normal wash cycle does not add enough water in. I have been having to wash all my cycles under deep wash. June 09,2024 my washing machine broke the tub will not spin properly and continues to fill with water. Very disappointed but hopeful the warranty will cover and fix the issue.
