One problem the installers mixed the water lines so when I wanted a cold wash the water come out steaming hot. I switched the lines and it's working fine.

It is quiet and gets the job done. I feel like my clothes are getting very clean every wash. I am always concerned with high-efficiency machines that do not use enough water to cover the loads, but this machine has proven to be create.

The installation through the Geek Squad was a little disappointing. It seemed like he was giving me every excuse not to hook up my washer. I had to call my maintenance man to install and he did it in 5 minutes.

I was in awe at just how much this machine can hold and the stainless steel tub is so much better than the type I previously owned.
