Looked at a few different models and after comparing features, price, etc. I went with the LG. Very happy with my choice! Works great and is so quiet I keep checking to make sure it's on. Lol Highly recommend it.

However, I noticed the reviewer recommend rate for Whirlpool washers was 76 to 78% whereas the reviewer recommend rate for LG washers was 91 to 94%. The Clincher was my appliance repair guy told me he would definitely take an LG washer over a Whirlpool washer. I'm very pleased with my LG washer!

All our questions were answered from beginning to end. Loved the service we are given, not only on this product but everything thing we have purchased. All our appliances are brought from Best Buy.

For being a single individual home purchase I should have asked, if possible, to overrise the 'lid lock' control. If power goes out while in use, lid will stay locked!

Took a little bit to get used to the water levels being adjusted to load size but it's a good way to conserve water. I would recommend it.
