Also, the machine does it's own adjusting for most loads. The thing is, the clothes are clean, the price was right and the delivery (from Best Buy was perfect).

I can’t even reach all the way down I need a stool to get my clothes out! Which means my blankets get washed yay! It makes me happy

I was fairly satified with it, until it wouldn't spin on the spin cycle. It made a horrible noise and did not spin properly, very slowly. Had to go through LG since it was still under warranty, despite having a geek squad protection plan. Dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I was told they would find a service provider in my area and I would get a call, still waiting over a week now. Have spoken to several customer service agents and each one tells me something slightly different and I have to fully explain and send a video. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.

This LG is so advanced. Somehow it detects the weight of the clothes in it by rotating back and forth then spinning to determine the amount of water to use just amazing. I got it on sale so it was in my under $500.00 budget. I would recomend this product!
