No bells and whistles like our front loader. But it never cleaned as well. Smells great no rubber seal mildew smell.

It takes about 2 yrs, but just after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Your left with rusting metal and paint flakes dropping into your freshly cleaned wash load. I have the matching dryer and that performs fine. I was an LG fan until buying this washer.

The first is that it runs quietly. Our laundry room is right next to the bedrooms and this is supposed to be a quiet model. It is fairly quiet during the wash cycles, but it plays a very long and loud tune when it is done, and this can't be turned off. Two, I wanted an extra rinse cycle. I have sensitive skin and need to make sure all the soap is rinsedout of my clothing. This model is listed as having an extra rinse cycle. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't specify that the extra rinse only works for deep wash loads, which use much more water and have a longer wash cycle. I need the second rinse cycle for normal loads, but this washer doesn't have that option. I am considering returning it based just on this. The third thing I looked for was a delicate cycle, which this does just fine on.

Regarding the loud end-of-cycle tune, this sound is intended to indicate the completion of a cycle, we suggest checking the settings to see if the volume can be adjusted or if it can be turned off. Some models allow this adjustment in the settings menu or through the app. As for the extra rinse cycle, we can see how it would be important for your sensitive skin to ensure all soap is rinsed out. Unfortunately, this washer has the extra rinse feature available only for Deep Wash loads, which require additional water and time. However, we recommend considering using the Normal cycle with a second rinse option manually, or adjusting the wash load size, as this may help get the results you need for regular loads.

It leaks out all over floor. When I called LG they had be take pictures. Then they wanted to access my phone to do virtual repair? Then they wanted a video of me pouring the bleach in and it leaking on the floor. Hope nothing else goes wrong with this thing.
