I bought the item from the store before buying I went to the store and ask to the soonest delivery the gave me 10 day and I accept . I was called a day before telling me that the delivery is delayed a week . I returned to the store asking for another washer and the best they could do is 3 days on different model . I ask for delivery and Instalacion. This time they deliver on time but without installation . I had to wait a week for the installation that never was done. What kind of service is this? ????
