This is a great washer. It works as it should. I don't have balance issues. I just throw stuff in and put soap in and come get it when the machine tells me its done. Like the glass door. It is very quite!

So far so good. It is quiet while spinning clothes out. Of you are short itmau be hard to get the clothes out of the bottom. My wife is 5ft tall and can not reach the bottom. That being said, that is the only thing bad i have to say.

The LG-4.1 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer with SlamProof Glass Lid - White was just what was needed! We had an LG 4 Cu. Ft. Front Load Washer previously. But the hinge on the door was damaged by excess weight being placed on it. So, we decided to go with a top load washer to avoid the problem. My wife likes the load sensor that adjusts the amount of water used to just what is needed, nothing more. This machine seems to have less vibration than our previous machine and doesn't tend to "wander". It was very easy to connect, setup and operate. My wife didn't even need the manual to operate it. We would definitely recommend this washer to anyone that asks. We are very "happy campers".

This machine is sleek and so quiet I have to keep an eye on it to see if it's still working. Beautiful.

I purchased this for my mom. She loves it! She really wanted the agitator because in her mind clothes are not clean without one. She was so excited when she realized the washer has an agitator and it works very well.

Lets be honest, thos direct drove model is probably the best washer ypu can possibly get fpr the money. Its quiet, Efficent, and powerful. Its simple to use and i can just feel that quality lasting for years to come woth proper use and maintenance. This is the one guys. Stop looking further.

Perfect washer for our needs. We wanted our agitator back! I did not find the impeller Maytag machine we had was cleaning well. Wanted another machine with an agitator, option for fast wash and option to deep fill the tub. We were happy with the LG dishwasher we purchased last month so decides to give their washing machine a try as well. Very quiet and clothes are clean, I am happy:).

This LG top load washer works great. It checks the load weight and adjusts water and wash time automatically. Clothes come out clean every time. Wash cycle length depends on what you select and how many clothes are inside. It is not always short, it adjusts as needed. The tub size is good for large loads. Easy to use. Quiet. Good quality. I recommend it.

Very happy with new washer LG. Very easy to operate and install. Didn't connect to plumbing but able to connect to kitchen sink faucet with an adapter and coupler It works great

It seems to be working fine, think i made a great choice and the service at best buy was above and beyond! I like the deep tub works nice for bigger items and is so quiet when in use and it plays a little tune when the load is done. Clothes are so clean it is really noticeable, they feel cleaner and smell clean too.

This is washer is easy to use and works well. It adds a sufficient amount of water, and the clothes are clean. It operates quietly.

good washing machine - took a little getting used too with the electronics. had last machine for over 25 years lol - like the lid - its glass but has a slow close function so don't have to worry about it slamming and breaking

A little slow (but I am not using a scrub board), but most importantly quiet. No complaints. Plan on getting the matching dryer!

This is one of the lower priced washers, but i'm not sure why because it's fantastic. It's a little loud when it pulls in the water, but that is for only a short time and the rest of the time, its just super quiet.

My old washer died on me and after checking out the reviews I went with this one and I’m glad I did. It has been very easy to use. I love the glass top so I can see inside at all times. If I had to nitpick one thing it would be I would like a permanent switch to control the water temperature instead of having to change it if I don’t like the one preset for the type of wash cycle I’m going for.

This LG washer was recommended on several consumer products sources and the plumber repairing a pipe in my laundry room. I purchased this model from Best Buy bacause of the service warranty, and other benefits through Best Buy’s total membership program. The washer has performed well for the past couple months and I like the options for water levels, care settings, load sizes, etc. I also checked multiple sources for dependability ratings and the high LG ratings influenced my decision as well.
