It's a good machine, dosen't have all the bells and whistles like the more expensive models but for the money, it's a good washer and it does the job.

I like top loaders. I feel like they clean better. This machine is easy to use and can handle big loads like blankets or pillows. Also handles cloth diapers without holding on to smells.

Absolutely love, has every feature i could as for. I love the little jingle it plays when it stops. I also enjoy that you can set it up on lg smart app.

My Old washing machine broke down and by Stroke of Luck, this model was on Sale. For one thing, it is considerably Larger and can hold bigger loads! Even better, it washes cloths faster than my older model! A+++!

After 5 months use, the washer is working well. It automatically weighs and distributes the load, then determines the water level needed. Clothes come out well and spin cycle removes water better than the Maytag it replaced. None of the "walking" due to poor load balance that plagues some cheaper units.

Great washer and so quiet I would recommend the deep wash for most jobs but for a few garments use normal wash

I purchased the lg machine July 4th And a week and a half had it delivered The machine had problems, so called and got a replacement coming but they tried to deliver to my house but that’s not where it was delivered So had to wait August 6th to get the replacement Paid for on July 4th and finally delivered on August 6th

Works really well with no issues, able to dry laundry without having to be soaked, and fun to just watch.

Very quiet and worth every penny!! We had to replace our washer and this has been an absolute dream!

The bleach dispenser is incorrectly aligned with the tub. It leaks out all over floor. When I called LG they had be take pictures. Then they wanted to access my phone to do virtual repair? Then they wanted a video of me pouring the bleach in and it leaking on the floor. Hope nothing else goes wrong with this thing.
