    Absolute junk. You have to use the heavy duty cycle otherwise the normal cycles don’t even get the clothes completely wet. Also, do not wash anything black because the agitator will wear the color right out of the material, happened to me more than once ruining brand new hoodies.

    This is garbage. I do not believe ANY of the reviews on here. Poor performance, poor quality, poor design. The fact that LG would put there name on this is disappointing. Basically, this is a $250 Washing machine with a few "add-ons" that do not help at all. I have owned 7 homes in my life all had laundry, this is by far the worst washing machine I have ever bought. Do not buy, do not pay $500+ you are throwing away money, you could use for a decent Washing Machine,

    Definitely was a waste of money. The washer does not spin dry good after your clothes are washed. And if you don’t do a spin cycle it hold water so your clothes may stink because the water sat for a few days. I’ve thrown so much stuff out dealing with this washer.

    Trying to exchange this washer and BEST BUY's customers service is TERRIBLE. Agent Brian was professional giving options and then transferred us to Irving who wouldn’t acknowledge my family membership because we do not have the same name. He assumptions were offensive and him bringing up info in my profile just not to acknowledge was offensive. I have never had issues with BEST BUY until now. Also, the product at hand is poor quality leaving clothes soiled and smelly even after washing. The agitator doesn’t work effeciently or effectively.

    It does not use enough water to get the clothes wet. Clothes come out bone dry. The controls are impossible to use without special apps and wifi access. I do not need my washing machine to have internet access. I need my washing machine to clean the clothes. This washing machine does not wash.

    Happy with the washer. The installation guys switched the hot and cold water so it's reversed. Now I have to fix it.

    Terrible. Don't get this even if it's the last washer in the store. If you want your clothes washed correctly you can only do "deep wash." Any other setting won't add enough water to wash your clothes leaving them just gross.

    Does not get clothes clean at all on Heavy Duty cycle. The Deep Wash option is the only setting that gets clothes marginally clean and you can't use that with the Heavy Duty or Delicate or other settings. No Soak option either. Takes a very long time to "wash" clothes and they don't smell clean even with plenty of detergent.

    Machine is fine. Dont buy it from Best Buy

    I purchased this washer feom Best Buy because a message appeared in my BB app saying there was a special bonus for me of $25 if I spent $500 today (8/15/2024). Presumably because it was sitting in my cart for a while while i shoped. So i pulled the trigger and even drove to the warehouse to pick it up eventhough i could have gotten 5% off and free delivery from Lowes. Turns out that message was a lie. Customer service has no knowlege of such an offer. Never buying from Best Buy again.

    this is a piece of junk. Started making a horrendous noise 6 months after purchase. IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE TO GET LG TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. 3 WEEKS AS OF THIS REVIEW AND I AM STILL OUT A WASHER WITH NO END IN SIGHT.

    Cannot fully rate product because delivery was horrible. Delivery/geek squad gave 15 minute notice and lied about efforts to contact me as homeowner. My first experience where I have been disappointed with total tech plan service.

    I bought my LG Washer at Lowe's over Labor Day Weekend, it was on sale for $499, cheaper than BB at the time. Im happy with the machine. Only thing I noticed was the normal wash just wets the clothes, and the clothes sit at the bottom and dont move much. It might be because Im single and live alone, and never have big loads of laundry. I wash everything, even bed sheets on the Deep Fill option. Doing so, the clothes come out nice and clean because the get worked around. I think most complaints are because people seem to remember washers of yester year and these new high efficiency models are so different. The washer is also super silent. So, I think its a good purchase and well worth the money.
