It constantly turns on and off, plus doesnt dry clothes AT ALL. My 1990s dryer was much more efficient and reliable. Thankfully it was under warranty which is a mess dealing with third parties. I do not recommend this dryer

I was fairly satified with it, until it wouldn't spin on the spin cycle. It made a horrible noise and did not spin properly, very slowly. Had to go through LG since it was still under warranty, despite having a geek squad protection plan. Dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I was told they would find a service provider in my area and I would get a call, still waiting over a week now. Have spoken to several customer service agents and each one tells me something slightly different and I have to fully explain and send a video. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.

Well worth the money
