    It took some getting used to because the machine doesn't use as much water as our old machine. Also, the machine does it's own adjusting for most loads. The thing is, the clothes are clean, the price was right and the delivery (from Best Buy was perfect).

    The washer it’s self looked way small but it’s actually huge! I can’t even reach all the way down I need a stool to get my clothes out! Which means my blankets get washed yay! It makes me happy

    I bought this to replace a 25 year old Whirlpool washing machine that I had repaired myself several times over the years. This LG is so advanced. Somehow it detects the weight of the clothes in it by rotating back and forth then spinning to determine the amount of water to use just amazing. I got it on sale so it was in my under $500.00 budget. I would recomend this product!

    Wash machine has a bad shake during spin; I have leveled it multiple times the best I can, I believe it's due to the motor being direct and not belt driven. I have the extended warranty as I worry it's not normal; but asking best buy and seeing other videos online it seems to be. Just hard to believe. I did exchange a brand new Insignia set for these as the Insignia was much louder but had a much quieter spin.

    Can't choose the water level. During rinse cycle the water is not clear, still has detergent in it, so afterward the ring of residue is left in the drum.
