I like how quiet it is and it get my clothes clean.

The bleach dispenser is incorrectly aligned with the tub. It leaks out all over floor. When I called LG they had be take pictures. Then they wanted to access my phone to do virtual repair? Then they wanted a video of me pouring the bleach in and it leaking on the floor. Hope nothing else goes wrong with this thing.

I had three criteria for my new washer and this failed two of them. The first is that it runs quietly. Our laundry room is right next to the bedrooms and this is supposed to be a quiet model. It is fairly quiet during the wash cycles, but it plays a very long and loud tune when it is done, and this can't be turned off. Two, I wanted an extra rinse cycle. I have sensitive skin and need to make sure all the soap is rinsedout of my clothing. This model is listed as having an extra rinse cycle. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't specify that the extra rinse only works for deep wash loads, which use much more water and have a longer wash cycle. I need the second rinse cycle for normal loads, but this washer doesn't have that option. I am considering returning it based just on this. The third thing I looked for was a delicate cycle, which this does just fine on.

I purchased equipment totaling $580, and the delivery was delayed without any notification. Repeated miscommunication forced me to be home for a scheduled delivery, causing significant inconvenience and lost time. When I reached out to customer service and the corporate team, the only offer was a $50 gift card — which is completely inadequate given the inconvenience and impact. Despite multiple attempts to escalate, I was told repeatedly that this was the “final decision” and that nothing further would be done. The store and corporate customer care were unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any retailer. I would not recommend Best Buy for purchases requiring reliable delivery or responsive customer service. In addition to the delayed delivery, lack of notification, and repeated miscommunication, Best Buy also added a charge for a hose that I already had and clearly stated I did not need. I am now being asked to pay for an item I do not require, further demonstrating poor communication and inadequate customer service.

Buyer Beware!! Washer will rust at top rim near bleach nozzle. It takes about 2 yrs, but just after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Your left with rusting metal and paint flakes dropping into your freshly cleaned wash load. I have the matching dryer and that performs fine. I was an LG fan until buying this washer.

Nice looking, Simple without all the complex craziness of using my phone to wash clothes and a million options, quiet, fast cycles, gets clothes very clean, and just reliable!

Before we bought this washer, we did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. Thought this would be a good choice. It is not an inexpensive purchase! Washer is pretty and has a clear glass lid which is helpful, to see how bad it works. "Normal" cycle is useless. It does not fill with enough water to even cover the clothes, so I always use the deep wash cycle. Even with that, it does not get clothes clean. I got it with the agitator to make sure the clothes would get moved through the water. If there is any visible dirt on the clothes when you put them in, it will still be there when you take them out. Ran them through twice, still not clean. I am not talking about tough stains, just regular dirt. Then, one day I noticed spots on the clothes, like grease spots. Husband did more research and found out this IS a problem others have had. Ruined about 10 pieces of clothing, including some nice work clothes. Found out we are supposed to clean it once a month. Say what? I am 64, in all years I have never had to do this for regular use. Also, there is no timer so you know how much time is left. Also difficult to do heavier item like bath rugs. Throws off the balance. Right now there is not a redeeming quality. Buyer Beware

I purchased the lg machine July 4th And a week and a half had it delivered The machine had problems, so called and got a replacement coming but they tried to deliver to my house but that’s not where it was delivered So had to wait August 6th to get the replacement Paid for on July 4th and finally delivered on August 6th

So far, machine runs great. And, it's pretty quiet.

Has all the smart features without a digital interface, all analog. Only downside it the smart diag is a sound that the lg thinq app listens to, no wifi or Bluetooth connection available for diagnostics.
