I purchased is based on all the good reviews. It was delivered a few days ago and I am still learning how to use it. So far, I am not impressed. It is not very easy and intuitive to use and yes, as some reviewers mentioned, it is very deep and it is difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the drum. Also, it is a model that conserves water. It means that it does not soak clothes very well and I have to do a double rinse to make sure I have got get rid of all the detergent. In my case, it does not save water, it simply adds more time and consumes more electricity with each cycle. My biggest complaint is about the sound. It beeps whenever it does something (such as start, rinse and so on) and then at the end plays a very annoying high pitch melody. It is bothering my pets, as in they get really scared and run to hide. If I want to do a laundry and go to sleep, I do so with a knowledge that I will be awaken about 45 minutes later by this sound. According to the manufacturer's website, there is no way to turn it off. It states: "Some newer more recent laundry appliance models that DO NOT feature a display window in the control panel, such as WT6105CW and matching DLE6100W may also consequently NOT feature an option to deactivate the CHIMES. Terribly sorry, there is no way around it." I provided an exact quote so that potential buyers can see the English they will encounter in the manual. Instead of being "terribly sorry," manufacturer should have provided a way to turn it off. I will not be buying LG dryer or any other LG appliance. If I knew that the sound is so annoying and that there is no way to turn it off, I would not have bought this washer.

Worked well. Did it's job. I didn't give 5 stars (excellent) because there was not special or extra that this washer did. To me it is youraverage washer.

Works well. I wish there was a setting between normal water level and deep fill.

Good choice ,very quite ,economic, if i had an option i will buy it again LG is always my best appliance

This washer is very well built, the controls are easy to use, and I like the glass top so I can see what’s going on inside when it’s running.

Prefer top load washer and this one comes with a bunch of great features. A tray to separate bleach, detergent and softener. It is smart and knows when it’s a small or big load. Only downside is when we wash quilts the washer goes off balance.

Washed my clothes alot better then without agitator.

It works just fine I just don't like the auto-lock feature. I'd like to undo it but I have not figured out how to do it

Nice large tub and top loader always a plus. Love the color.

COULD NEVER IMAGINE WHAT THIS WAS LIKE. IT IS UNDOUBTLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED IN MY 70 YRS OF DOING LAUNDRY. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE I CAN

Seems like a fine washing machine. Haven't had it very long but It washes clothes. I can attest to that. We'll see how longevity works out.

The LG 4.1 is all that was promised. Direct shaft makes for a quiet and literally vibration free operation. Flawless performance to this point.

No problems 4 months in and the install was super quick! Amazing wash cycle features and has a 20 minute short wash!

Its worked good. Have had it for a few months and no issues. The little song at the end is annoying and i don't know how to shut it off. Nothing in the manual.

It's smaller than the one we replaced which is great, and the tub load size is the same. I'd like more setting options, but for the price this works just find.
