The washer has been working really well the past few weeks. It is quiet and leaves clothes clean. The deep water selection works really well and the lid locks but it can easily unlock to add something with the start and pause button.

This LG washer was recommended on several consumer products sources and the plumber repairing a pipe in my laundry room. I purchased this model from Best Buy bacause of the service warranty, and other benefits through Best Buy’s total membership program. The washer has performed well for the past couple months and I like the options for water levels, care settings, load sizes, etc. I also checked multiple sources for dependability ratings and the high LG ratings influenced my decision as well.

I bought two washers from another store, both had to be returned. They ruined my carpet dragging them in and out. Got this one and the guys were so professional. Have had zero problems. Great product. Great service.

Washer works great with one drawback. The automatic water sensor on normal wash and light loads does not fill with enough water to wet the load. Putting the washer on speed wash and deep fill does add enough water so I am not sure how water efficient the washer is.

Love my new LG washing machine with soft close lid! It is so quiet too! Was best choice for me & my family!

Fit good in my small place, pretty quiet, can fit lots in, never been fun of top loader for the fact that the clothing is never perfectly cleaned and can be damaged due spinning , that’s why 4 stars for all top loafers, how ever I’m giving it chance. So far is good.

We have only washed a few loads so far but clothes came out much cleaner than old unit. Note: It doesn't have water levels because it weighs the clothes and fills appropriately, This is the dry spin at first that was a little puzzling.

So far it’s great. It’s quiet and does a good job. It’s very affordable as well.

So much more quieter then the Amana it replaced. Problem you can't change default normal wash to cold. Cmon now. LG engineer. Its 2025 and you will not allow to modify setting. Why have it set for warm. Cold water saves energy and washes as good as warm.

I like it. It’s cute and easy to use but occasionally it doesn’t let out all the water so I wish there was a spin only option. For being brand new there shouldn’t be any issues but definitely has some kinks. Can’t fill the load too full or it doesn’t wash up to par. For the Price it’s an OK buy but my previous set was really good so I’m a little disappointed. Wish I had paid a little more for the quality.
