Solid Machine with nice clear top lid to watch!

I have to admit watching through the clear top window is kind of relaxing while I stand over it with a cup of Joe. Doesn't have a whole lot of bells and whistles but sensors and distributes loads well and the agitator doesn't damage the laundry so all in all... pretty solid.

The installation through the Geek Squad was a little disappointing. It seemed like he was giving me every excuse not to hook up my washer. I had to call my maintenance man to install and he did it in 5 minutes.

Could use better documentation. Took me a while to figure out how to open the lid during operation: press the on/off icon to pause cycle, press again to resume, but you'll look in vain for that in the manual or the manufacturer's FAQs. The spin cycle rocks. Really cuts the drying time down.

I was looking for something simple that did its job. My precious washer got unbalanced shortly after getting it and it was very annoying to deal with that issue. This washer is working great so far. The delivery and installation went smoothly and were done in a timely manner. I’m pleased with my purchase so far.

Unlike older washers, you have to add your soap and then close the lid, select cleaning option, and water temperature in order for it to start. It takes about a minute or so before it will start to fill with water.

This unit has just enough features to satisfy me as a single gentleman not requiring a multitude of bells and whistles. With its water miser function and super quiet operation plus a reasonable price I couldn't be happier. Shipping was spot on and delivery was perfect.
