Love it, but simetimes the soun cycle diesnt weight shift well and keeps refulling with water to balance for spin cycle. Next time Id go larger and without agitator

Love this washer! I definitely wanted a top load with an agitator and this one is perfect. Many control settings and easy to use. Clothes come out nice and clean, using less detergent being an HE model, so saves money in the long run as well.

my old washer gave up the ghost mid wash.. my new LG has been great for me so far... user friendly, handling larger loads with ease and fairly quiet as well...my delivery was prompt and the delivery experience was seamless.. very happy with my purchase,,worth the money!!

So far, I really like this washing machine. It is a little weird that it locks before it can fill with water, but having gotten used to it, I'm okay with it and it does a very good job cleaning things, and can handle a very large load and do it well.

So far, purchased approx. 1 month ago, I am satisfied with my purchase with the possible exception of the automatically determined water fill levels which, at times, seem to be too low, not getting all of the clothes sufficiently wet. Although there is a "Deep Fill" capability, the need to use it is further into the wash cycle than is convenient. Also, the effectiveness/adequacy of the agitator seems quite inadequate, at times. The listed/advertised price was quite deceiving, being $100 or so less than the final price after adding the cost of hoses, disposal of old washer, installation of new washer, etc.

Good machine. Affordable. The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and got us a great deal.

The washing machine provides good value for the money compared to similar units. It is easy to use. We were looking for a non-computerized machine with the anticipation that there will be less opportunity for the machine to need repairs.
