    the wed site was excellant. The product is working very well. I am wondering where is the paperwork for the extended warrenty. I ve applied for the best buy credit card. I ve recieved the bill but have not recieved the actural credit card

    First ever washer and dryer purchase. The washer holds a ton which I appreciate so I don’t have to do as many loads! I also like how the detergent dispenser can do liquid or powder detergent. The washer is very quiet so I don’t even notice it running.

    Bought this as a set with the dryer. LG is a great upgrade to my last Amana set that we had for years. Lots of cycle options to choose from, jingle sounds at the end of the cycle, lights up to indicate the cycle. Overall a great machine! Big drum too which was surprising!

    I bought this washer in January 2025. I was fairly satified with it, until it wouldn't spin on the spin cycle. It made a horrible noise and did not spin properly, very slowly. Had to go through LG since it was still under warranty, despite having a geek squad protection plan. Dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I was told they would find a service provider in my area and I would get a call, still waiting over a week now. Have spoken to several customer service agents and each one tells me something slightly different and I have to fully explain and send a video. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.
