    Can't choose the water level. During rinse cycle the water is not clear, still has detergent in it, so afterward the ring of residue is left in the drum.

    I wish I had purchased a different machine. I have owned other LG washers in the past. They all make an annoying, long drawn out sound when they are done. The other LG washers I’ve owned had a way to turn off that sound but this model does not. If you want to throw a load of clothes in before bed, be prepared to be awaken when the cycle finishes because it’ll be LOUD!

    It’s quit, balance the load has opinion to add more water clean the clothes much better then old washer clothes dry faster. The negative is the tub is to deep very hard to reach clothes to take clothes out of the machine

    I love this machine. I can see that it’s working properly through the glass hood. The regular cycle is very quick but gets clothes clean. It rinses better than my old whirlpool (didn’t realize until clothes washes in this LG came out softer and brighter). It’s quiet. Th way soap goes in the dispenser and under the water makes sure it’s completely dissolved before touching my clothes (important when using tide to avoid soap “stains”).
