    Not a washer for people who are 5’ tall and less. Have to stand on a step stool to unload clothes after washing. Too, the washer is stingy with water. Sometimes dirty clothes don’t get washed good enough due to low water in washer. Don’t like the washer when it locks when lid is closed and the machine starts.

    I wasn’t aware until the dryer was delivered that, there was no dryer cord. When I ordered it online. It never mentioned it. I asked about a cord for the washer that just purchased, but nothing was mentioned about no cord. Nor did they have any on the truck. I was pleased with the washer process, but not pleased about the process for dryer.

    So far so good. Only issue is we always have to use the “deep wash” setting because if we don’t, it doesn’t seem to use enough water to make clothes smell clean.
