    So far so good. Only issue is we always have to use the “deep wash” setting because if we don’t, it doesn’t seem to use enough water to make clothes smell clean.

    Worked well. Did it's job. I didn't give 5 stars (excellent) because there was not special or extra that this washer did. To me it is youraverage washer.

    Wow! Fantastic washer. Features are great, easy to load and add detergent. Large capacity and I love the tempered glass lid. I enjoyed watching the washer the first couple of times, haha.

    I purchased is based on all the good reviews. It was delivered a few days ago and I am still learning how to use it. So far, I am not impressed. It is not very easy and intuitive to use and yes, as some reviewers mentioned, it is very deep and it is difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the drum. Also, it is a model that conserves water. It means that it does not soak clothes very well and I have to do a double rinse to make sure I have got get rid of all the detergent. In my case, it does not save water, it simply adds more time and consumes more electricity with each cycle. My biggest complaint is about the sound. It beeps whenever it does something (such as start, rinse and so on) and then at the end plays a very annoying high pitch melody. It is bothering my pets, as in they get really scared and run to hide. If I want to do a laundry and go to sleep, I do so with a knowledge that I will be awaken about 45 minutes later by this sound. According to the manufacturer's website, there is no way to turn it off. It states: "Some newer more recent laundry appliance models that DO NOT feature a display window in the control panel, such as WT6105CW and matching DLE6100W may also consequently NOT feature an option to deactivate the CHIMES. Terribly sorry, there is no way around it." I provided an exact quote so that potential buyers can see the English they will encounter in the manual. Instead of being "terribly sorry," manufacturer should have provided a way to turn it off. I will not be buying LG dryer or any other LG appliance. If I knew that the sound is so annoying and that there is no way to turn it off, I would not have bought this washer.
