It’s a slow turn off it don’t turn fast and I don’t feel like it’s washing the clothes clean sometimes I take out white socks, and they still look dirty. Less cloth A little bit better but like the fast moving dryer

However, it doesn't always completely wash detergent residue from the clothes regardless of the size of the load. Have to rewash often.

Also there's a spin cycle that won't just spin like the directions say. It adds more water instead. It'll spin around about 3 times then stop then add more water. Then attempt to spin again shaking the machine uncontrollably. Then I have to go to a laundry mat to rinse clothes.

For this model, the temperature settings are automatically adjusted based on the cycle you select, which is why you may not see manual options for every wash. If you’d like more control, choosing cycles such as Heavy Duty or Bedding will typically allow warmer water selections.
Regarding the spin cycle, if the washer is shaking or adding water unexpectedly, one helpful step is to check that the load is balanced and the washer is level on the floor. An unbalanced load can cause the machine to add water to redistribute weight, which may explain the repeated spin attempts. Running a Tub Clean cycle can also help maintain smooth operation.
