    I have been a loyal fan of LG products and have them in all of my homes. I purchased this set to replace another LG set that was in perfect working condition I just wanted to update and go from a front loader to a top loader. However this washer is absolutely terrible it constantly leaves sediment in the bottom. It has ruined so many articles of my clothing I'm so upset it leaves fuzz and white stuff all over everything all my dark clothes have been ruined that I've washed in this washer. I've only had it since November and yes as I do with all my washing machines I did a tub clean prior to the first usage and I did another one after the first usage. I've used the washer approximately four times since I've bought it and because of the results I don't use it. I actually go to my other home and use the washer and dryer there! I've done it with no laundry soap with very minimal laundry soap, hot water vs cold water. Same results. Hence the four times usage. Nothing helps absolutely absolutely terrible! The dryer is no better it takes restarting 3 or 4 times at 60 minutes just to get a small load dry. An utter waste of money!

    The tub size is great. I don't like that I can't choose the temp I want to wash my clothes. Also there's a spin cycle that won't just spin like the directions say. It adds more water instead. It'll spin around about 3 times then stop then add more water. Then attempt to spin again shaking the machine uncontrollably. Then I have to go to a laundry mat to rinse clothes.

      For this model, the temperature settings are automatically adjusted based on the cycle you select, which is why you may not see manual options for every wash. If you’d like more control, choosing cycles such as Heavy Duty or Bedding will typically allow warmer water selections.

      Regarding the spin cycle, if the washer is shaking or adding water unexpectedly, one helpful step is to check that the load is balanced and the washer is level on the floor. An unbalanced load can cause the machine to add water to redistribute weight, which may explain the repeated spin attempts. Running a Tub Clean cycle can also help maintain smooth operation.
