I’m very pleased with this washer. It took a few minutes to learn the functions. It uses a small amount of water, but the clothes come out very clean and fresh. There is a way to set it on a deep water cycle is needed. Also love the non-slam clear lid! Also is VERY quiet

Great product. Looks good, is quiet and efficient. Huge upgrade going with this LG washer. This is the second one we have bought (for two different houses.)

This LG washer is very quiet. The normal wash cycle is about 48 min. The clothes are clean and efficiently spun dry which reduces time needed in the dryer. The tub is deep. The controls are printed in a grey color on white which makes them somewhat difficult to read. The cycle choices less specific than my old GE washer, and I miss that. It seems to rinse clothes in very warm water even when using the Delicate cycle. The glass lid is very helpful, and the slow-closing keeps is from slamming shut. Overall, it is a good, efficient, quiet washer. I would recommend it.

Lets be honest, thos direct drove model is probably the best washer ypu can possibly get fpr the money. Its quiet, Efficent, and powerful. Its simple to use and i can just feel that quality lasting for years to come woth proper use and maintenance. This is the one guys. Stop looking further.

Great size, large capacity, but don’t take up a lot of space, easy to use, quite and clothes look cleaner

Washer is easy to operate. Controls are straightforward. Clear glass on the lid lets you see your clothes. Relatively quiet operation. Clothes come out clean. The musical chime tones when your load is done sound like the machine swallowed a Casio keyboard from the 80's, but if you can put up with that, you'll be very happy with this machine.

This Lg top loader washer replaced a Whirlpool front load washer that was hard for my parents to operate. This washer is much easier to program due to the preset options and water sensing design. This washer has a slam proof lid, an agitator for a better clean, plenty of room for washing large loads and it plays a chime at the end of each cycle. Not only is it quiet while washing but you're not waiting all day for one load to be done. Overall, this is an excellent machine, worth every penny and I'm very happy with this purchase. Thank you LG and Best Buy.

big tub very quiet washer does great job on clothes

This replaced a front load washer. Very happy with this washing machine. It's quiet, has plenty of room to washing larger loads or blankets. Much easier for me to load and unload with this style of washing machine.

Old washer broke just after Christmas with a house full of dirty sheets and clothes , We need a fast locate and install, but only needed a simple to use but good brand machine, Searched on line and found the LG high speed spin to super dry the clothes before drying, Wow, water efficient too! It works great. Best Buy total Tech delivery, setup and short demo in two days Jan 2nd, made the total experience easy. Be sure to look closely at the checked boxes when ordering online. Some boxes checked did not show up on our shopping cart when we paid. Had to add new hoses and installation later that did not show up on Best Buy checkout invoice & payment, Overall fast, delivery was good and we are very pleased whit how the machine works since purchased 2 weeks ago.

This is a great washing machine. It runs quiet; all we really hear is when the water is filling it. It has lots of space including for blankets. We are both under 5'-5" so sometimes we have to get on our toes to reach the bottom, but that is so much better than not having the space. The control panel is not overly complicated whichis good because we only wash common items.

Purchased to replace a failing washing machine, already several years old, which appeared to be nearing end of useful lifetime. This machine is amazingly quiet, and the controls are highly intuitive. The tub is large enough to take a full week's washing, and the additional cycles cover such things as heavy duty, bedding, bulky and deep cleaning. Also rather like the musical notes played when programming and when reaching end of cycle.

The washer is extremely quiet and efficient. It washes well overall and always fills with the right amount of water.

This washing machine is very easy to use. All the settings are easy to select. There is more than enough room in the washing machine for heavy loads that include large items such as towels, blankets, etc. The spinner is very smooth and gentle as it washes the clothes. It is very interesting watching the washer performance through the glass lid. I recommend this washing machine!

I returned a Maytag and bought the LG Washer. I am quite pleased with the performance. It is very quiet and does great on selection of the load level and all functions.

This washer does the job!! Quiet and efficient with nice selection of settings. Another review stated no permanent press cycle, but most of the new washers don't offer that! Normal wash cycle took that over! Like the no slam glass top and also purchased the matching dryer. Very happy with the purchase and the service from Best Buy.

Great washing machine. We love it! Works great and uses less water and energy than our old washer. Plus we got a 24 month warranty at no additional cost!

It works wondefully. The controls are intuitive; easy to use. The washer cleans well. The advanced technology is amazing. The machine weighs the clothes inserted and determines the best depth of water, and prespins to even the load! It has already survived a sudden power failure - it was in the middle of a cycle and I feared it would damage the machine. It did not. Very good value for the money. Let's check back in a couple of years and see if I am still as pleased as I am now!
