Dryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this washer and dryer combo. It worked perfect in my townhome! Especially sense there was no good way to vent it. The ventless system does take a little longer to dry but it's worth it to not have dangerous lint all over the house trying to get outside.

Ruins Ties on Sweatshirts
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew this dryer was going to be slower than most dryers and I was ok with that. What I didn’t know was that this dryer was going to chew up all of the ties on our family sweatshirts, pants, shorts, etc. they come out twisted and broken (plastic tips are gone or ties are actually shredded). Super disappointing as some of these items are not cheap.

Great for certain situations
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As far as drying clothes it does a good job. Yes it takes longer to dry but clothes come out soft and it uses alot less energy. If you do not have a drain for the dryer I would check the water reservoir as it will fill up depending on how wet the clothes are when you put them in. When drying towels I found that if I empty the reservoir about an hour into the cycle they dry faster. We now have the dryer next to the washer so the drain can be hooker up and the clothes dry a little quicker. I personally think this technology is amazing.

Awesome machine!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall this is a great little machine. It’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be even though I measured beforehand. It’s controls are very easy to use and the machine is quiet and does a great job.

Easier on my clothes and just feels better.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Longer dry times and if you aren’t used to it you may think it isn’t fully drying. But it is easier on your clothes and have already seen the quality of my clothes come back. Ventless so it is less hot in my smaller laundry room and no need for dryer vent.

Good choice for ventless
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes a long while to dry compared to dryers with vent. But if you have no other choice but to go ventless then this does the job. Its very energy efficient and keeps the heat inside.

Great alternate if you don't want dryer vent
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The reason I am getting this small ventless dryer is I don't want to deal with long dryer vent anymore. This small ventless does not take significant longer time to dry several bath tower than vented dryer, and also very quite. Have been used it for more than one month and no issue is found yet.

It's easier to use.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The actual drying time is usually shorter than the time set by the function. When the drying completion notification bell rings, it is often found that the clothes are not completely dry and feel damp to the touch. but if you leave the clothes in the machine for a while, the damp feeling will decrease.

Small but great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this dryer. I can't vent in my apartment, but there was a nook for W/D with water hookups and outlets. I did a ton of research on W/D combos, condenser dryers, etc,; I considered Miele and Bosch. At the end of the day I went with this one because Best Buy could deliver locally and Miele was hard to find. I'm really glad I did. I read a lot about compromises with heat pump dryers before I got this, and while the feel of the clothes after drying is a bit different, they're dry, hot and less wrinkled than in vented dryers I've had. I feel like it bakes clothes less and treats them better. I also love the lint filter - it's silly, but the slotted lid keeps lint contained as you bring it over to the trashcan, the two layer design makes it easy to prevent lint from getting into the dryer and both are easy to clean. It's better than any lint filter I've had on a vented dryer. Awesome that there's no other foam filter to clean on it like other heat pump dryers. Lots of settings and flexibility, works with your phone and can be controlled remotely. Its capacity is a bit small because you need to leave room. If you're willing to wait up to 3 hours or more, you can definitely shove a ton of stuff in there (not sure if this is good for it; I haven't needed to often). Generally to get a "full" (half total cu ft of the washer) load from the matching washer done, count on 1.5-2hr. For a blanket, towels, sweatshirts - more like 2.5-3hr. There are times when fabric is heavy or load is large, it doesn't get it all the way done on the first round - this has been the case with vented dryers for me in the past - I just give it 30 more min and it's all good. I have it draining to a wall pipe, but I've taken the water tray out out of curiosity and it seems easy to empty. Two other notes - one, it creates some heat, especially when not on the energy saver mode. I usually leave the window in the room its in open to help with this, but YMMV. Two, it makes some noise when it's gearing up - sort of a high pitched noise. But it's not very loud and it goes away pretty quickly. Love it overall, big recommend.

Lg compact dryer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the dryer a lot. Easy to use. You put in the washed load and the machine decides everything! I usually stop it before the allotted time, because the clothes are always dry before the allotted time is up. I have my washer and dryer underneath a custom built kitchen countertop. The dryer fit nicely, and I am glad it is ventless. My last dryer was vented with 3 90 degree turns in the vent, and it did not dry efficiently, not to mention the build up of lint.

Great ventless dryer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dryer along with the washer. The washer is slightly smaller and the dryer is slightly bigger. They work together perfectly! It dries everything. Notbing is damp. It actually holds a lot of clothes. Very happy with purchase! Having a ventless dryer in a condo with no venting works out great! Dont hesitate on purchasing, you wont be disappointed. The LG ventless technology is really terrific!

exceeds expectations
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for some humidity in the are it is running, and very long drying times. While certainly longer than the time it takes with a conventional dryer, it hasn't been horribly long. Clothes don't 'fee' as dry as hot clothes out of a conventional vented dryer, but they seem to be just fine. Reasonably quiet.

Nice LG compact dryer.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quick drying as it reduces quite a bit the initial time. My husband loves the app notification that the clothes are ready. It’s also very quiet and compact. The old dryer had to be cut out to remove it from the basement as it wouldn’t fit thru the newer basement door. Happy to recommend it.

LG Heat Pump Dryer Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dryer does a great job drying our clothes. Love the fact that it is ventless. We opted to not connect the optional drain hose and empty the water manually. Not really an issue, the container has plenty of capacity. Heat pump means the dryer is energy efficient.

Awesome machine
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so very pleased with the dryer. The time to dry was surprisingly fast. I use it every day and I love this dryer. It’s quite while running and I love to have to app on my phone that reminds me long long I have and when the dryer is done. It’s very easy to empty and I would recommend to anyone who needs a ventless dryer.
